Guests have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay. Our property is well-shielded by the main house ensuring your privacy, and a smart lock system facilitates easy check-ins. With abundant parking space available on the premises, along with additional free street parking options, your road trip stopovers will be a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet. Not a busy street. Neighbors on either side of the home are nice and polite. Neighbors do have dogs and roosters in their backyards that bark and crock when they see or hear movement on the back street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in the rear next to this unit. We extended the driveway to fit multiple cars as well as trucks with boats.

Our location is an ideal gateway to experience Decatur's beloved parks and cultural sites like Point Mallard Park, Delano Park, Cook Museum of Natural Science, and more. Winter adds an additional touch of enchantment, with snowy walks through Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center or Rhodes Ferry Park, making it the ideal scenery for the upcoming Valentine's Day, followed by St. Patrick's Day and Memorial Day celebrations.
