This newly built tri-level home (2022) features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to offer both connection and privacy. Whether you're gathering with family or traveling with colleagues, each guest enjoys the comfort of a private en-suite bath, perfect for unwinding in style.
Artful touches and contemporary design flow throughout the space, creating a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. Located less than 5 minutes from the Galleria Mall, you're perfectly positioned for upscale shopping, buzzing nightlife, acclaimed restaurants, scenic parks, and family-friendly attractions. Business travelers will appreciate the easy access to NRG Stadium, the Medical Center, Downtown, Midtown, and more, all within a 10-minute drive.
A Few Things to Note:
To ensure a safe and respectful experience for all guests, we require government-issued ID verification for everyone over the age of 21 (children excluded). Unlike hotels with front desk staff, we manage over 50 listings and cannot verify IDs in person at check-in. Instead, we securely verify IDs through the VRBO app and/or Email once your booking is confirmed. We're always available for emergencies or day-to-day question we are just a message away.
A "REFUNDABLE" $350 deposit or credit card hold is required after booking. This incidental charge helps cover any potential damage or misplaced items during your stay. Rest assured, the full amount will be returned once everything is confirmed in good condition.
