Charming 1930's Euclid Ave Bungalow

We are located in the heart of Downtown Laurel, on the picturesque tree lined Euclid Ave. You’ll enjoy our newly updated 1650 square foot house. There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a sun room with a trundle bed.

It is just a 10 minute walk from downtown and the perfect getaway for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action of Downtown Laurel and HGTV's Home Town.
The space
Enjoy the charming vintage decor and original oak hardwood floors. You will rest easy in a comfortable bed with a brand-new Nectar mattress. There is a large television with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, SamsungTV & Free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience. We even have some games, cards and puzzles for you during your down time. You will also enjoy our complimentary Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate station.
Guest access
There is a two vehicle car port located behind the main house. Simply drive up driveway to the back of the house to park. The back door will have a coded key pad to make checking in simple. I will send you the code the week before your arrival.

Monique has a beautiful home tastefully decorated and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We were so close to everything. Monique even had a wonderful supply of snacks and coffee we throughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great cottage in the heart of Laurel

Beautiful and comfortable cottage for our 2 night getaway! Easy parking under carport in the back. Desk in the living room with all the information needed to make the most of our time to explore the beautiful town of Laurel. Loved the information and books about the Napiers and Home Town and the guest book. Pearl's Diner and the art museum are musts! Also try the red golf cart tour of the town and visit Peddler's Junktion.

Too bad I can’t live here!

Communication with the owner was excellent! She was quick with responses and gave suggestions as to what was available dining and shopping so we could support local businesses. Plenty of the little things that made it special…k-cups and snacks. The beds were VERY comfortable. Photos did not do it justice. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and felt safe.

Wonderful Laurel vacation

Had a wonderful time in Laurel. Our home was wonderful. Very much as described. The location was the best. Easy to walk and look over the beautiful homes and the live oaks. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

We found this home to be clean, well supplied with amenities, nice decor, and cozy. Our family relaxed immediately upon arrival. A great location to downtown shops, too!

Annual mother in law Trip

My daughter, my mother in law and myself take a trip every summer. This year we chose Laurel to visit the Hometown options and see all that Ben and Erin have created in the area. Our host, Monique, was excellent with communication before and during our stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the adorable home very much. It’s in a nice neighborhood just a few minutes drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. She has put together a great welcome notebook and a wonderful list of some of the homes that have been on the show. We did a local golf cart tour, but could have done it on our own with the info from Monique’s list in the book. The beds are comfy, the house is cozy, the showers take a little bit to warm up but work well otherwise and she has a wonderful coffee/tea bar area with snacks…. Just needs spoons or coffee stirrers in that area. Monique has decorated this cozy house very nice and offers free streaming with Netflix and Hulu and we used the Alexa daily to check the weather. We would stay here again.

Get together with "old" friends

Lovely home for a getting together with friends. Plenty of space for 3 for sure. But kept thinking that a family with kids would truly work well in this floor plan. Kitchen met our needs for cooking a meal together. The house was so comfortable and clean.

Lovely Stay in Laurel

This bungalow was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, well-appointed and in a great location. Communication with Monique was easy and she left several resources for exploring Laurel that were helpful and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Laurel.

Nice quiet street with lots of character. Beautiful roomy well equipped vacation house.

Beautiful well equipped home on a quiet street with covered parking for 2 vehicles out back. The house was cozy and very inviting. I wish we’d had more time to stay.

Perfect!

I came with my 3 sisters to celebrate our oldest 70th birthday. She wanted a relaxing weekend. We came in on Friday, she came from South AL and we came from North AL &TN. We arrived a little early and the host was gracious in allowing an early check in. We enjoyed an early dinner and an evening of cards. Saturday we took the Bolton Golf cart tour and highly recommend that as well. Then we shopped all day and another early dinner. Checked out on Sunday and left with wonderful memories. This was a perfect weekend! The weather was great, accommodations perfect and the time with family was memorable. Can’t say enough good things about our weekend. Thank You!!

Overnight

We decided this year to spend more than a few hours in Laurel. This property was perfect for our one night stay. Loved the fact that there was a binder with restaurant info along with a list of properties that had been remodeled on the show, with 5 of those houses on the street we stayed on so we could walk and look at them. Will definitely recommend this home to friends.

Girls trip

We can’t say enough good about the property. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were so nice. The only negative I would say is that the room in front with the trundle bed could be really bright if you were sleeping in it and the front bedroom shower is pretty piercing. The host was very responsive which is always nice. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The street it is on has several of the houses shown on “Home Town”.

Euclid Street is a perfect street, so charming. House is well decorated, street appeal galore, and fully equipped. It is so quick to the downtown. Quiet street.

perfect house for 4 girlfriends on a road trip!!

The house was the perfect size for our group. Beautiful location! We were provided with all the comforts from home. We were provided plenty of coffee for the Keurig! Even snacks were provided. That was a great touch. 10 out of 10. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Girl Trip

This house does not disappoint! It is perfect for a family or a girl trip in our case :) We had a fabulous time and love Laurel! Monique is so easy to work with and we will definitely refer our friends to her. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe and really good to get out and walk in. Parking at the house is more than adequate. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Sister Trip

My wife and two sisters stayed in this cute house on a trip to visit America's "Home Town" of Laurel. We had stayed in another property of Monique's on a previous trip and knew it would be great. It was! The girls raved about the cleanliness, the way it is decorated, the comfort of the beds, and all the snacks, teas, and coffees she had for them. They highly recommend this house for a girls trip or a family(if you can get the husband to go like I did!) I personally loved Laurel and know you will too. Monique's rentals are fantastic.
