Excellent apartment! This place is a gem. The location cannot get any better. The place has a charming street view and at night there is no noise. You are a short walk from grocery stores, bakery, coffee shops, retail stores and metro station.The place has a comfortable bed and sofa pull out. There are extra towels and toiletries. The place is clean and quiet. There is excellent wifi and a great tv.Pascal is available to answer your questions before and during your arrival. He generously let us check in early and left us a beautiful bottle of champagne. We are DEFINITELY coming back to stay here again. (The walk up 4 flights of stairs may be a deterrent for anyone with mobility issues.) We did not need AC because it was the Fall but there is a potable AC in the apartment for warmer weather.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The space was spotless, well maintained and very well equipped. The shower was a marvel. Good pressure and enough hot water for 3 people. The washer and dryer was a bonus! The kitchen came with everything we needed. The air conditioning was very efficient. We would turn it on when we came back at night and it cooled the space in no time! We loved the tall windows and wood floor. It's a beautiful and bright space. The location of this apartment is amazing. The Marais is a beautiful neighbourhood. It's vibrant and friendly. There are many restaurants at close proximity. There's a small crêperie just across the road. They make the most delicious Nutella banana crêpes! There are also a lot of bakers that sell croissants, pain au chocolat and all sorts of delicious pastries so you don't have to go far for breakfast in the morning! There are also a lot of clothing shops to discover in this area. There are a few Frankprix (grocery stores) at walking distance. Getting to the metro takes 5 minutes on foot and the river Seine is about a 10 minute away. We met our host, Pascal when we arrived. He showed us the appartement and all of it's features. He also told us a little of the history of the Marais. We fell in love with this place and would definitively stay here again!

Ideally located for those seeking to immerse themselves in Le Marais, and immaculately maintained for the comfort and convenience of guests. Very impressed by the prompt and clear communications with the property owner. The property is as listed, and we wouldn’t change a thing about what we experienced.

In the heart of everything!

We loved the ease of working with Pascal and Virginia. They were very responsive when we needed questions answered, but otherwise they just left us alone to enjoy our stay! We were grateful for the air conditioner on a couple of 90 degree days. Compact spaces, but still roomier than hotels. Very convenient to public transportation and just walking around the heart of Paris.

Great location-noisy street-4th floor walkup

We liked the apartment. It was sunny and bright with french windows that opened to window boxes filled with geraniums. The street was noisy at night and also in the morning due to the daily garbage pick up. The location, however, was excellent for walking to all parts of downtown Paris. The apartment is up steep stairs to the 4th floor which was difficult when carrying luggage.

Great Stay in Paris

My husband and I stayed at the Prestigious Elegance apartment for 6 nights. It was perfect for the two of us and in a wonderful location. Virginia and Pascal were exceptional hosts and very kind. If we return to Paris, we would love to stay there again.

Dream vacation in Le Marais!

From the moment we arrived in Paris with check-in to the bittersweet end, we were overwhelmed with gratitude for the beautiful apartment in the most quaint neighborhood!! We pinched ourselves at the location and the ease of getting around the city….and the wonderful restaurants and boutiques close by! Virginia and Pascal were the best hosts!!

Best location in Paris

This property was amazing - easy access to the St Paul Metro, so we could get every where we wanted with no stress. The neighborhood was beautiful, clean and amazing cafes all in walking distance. Beautiful bakeries, chocolatiers, cheese and meat markets within a couple of blocks. There was a very well stocked grocery store right there as well. The owners we responsive and they showed up to welcome us and give us a tour of the apartment. It had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. If we come back to Paris - this will be the place that we will come back to.

Great place in great location

We had such a great time in Paris! Virginia was a great host with a lovely flat. The location was a safe neighborhood close to the metro and easily accessible to many Paris attractions.

Perfect stay in Les Marais

The Elegance apartment was absolutely perfect. Pascal and Virginia thought of every detail imaginable and even helped us with data problems we were having on our e-sim. They are the perfect hosts. The location of the apartment is ideal. We walked to so many places and the metro is minutes away for destinations that were further out. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Just beautiful!

Wonderful Apartment!

We stayed for 6 nights in this wonderful comfortable and well-equipped apartment. It is centrally located in a lovely part of the Marais neighborhood - easily walkable to many sights, shops and restaurants! The metro is very close! The owner makes it a point to stop in and say hello and he gave us great advice. We were very impressed with all the thought and care he put into the space! Great shower and bedding!

Feels like home...

Virginia and Pascal thank you for a great 8-day long vacation. The secure, modern, comfortable, well-appointed apartment, conveniently located to shopping, cafes, and public transportation was a great sanctuary. While not a problem for me, others need to consider the climb to the fourth floor. I much appreciated your arrangements for private, professional transport to and from the airport. Your communication is impeccable. I highly recommend others consider reserving this lovely, air-conditioned gem and look forward to returning.

C'est Magnifique!

Our stay in "Elegance" was wonderful. A well appointed apartment with everything you would need to call home while on vacation. The unit was clean with a comfortable bed, plenty of towels and kitchen fully equipped should you wish to buy some groceries and/or cook a meal. Virginia was a wonderful host and welcomed us providing instruction on the details of the unit such as operating the dishwasher and washer/dryer. She provided some new slippers for my wife and I to wear in the unit, Nespresso pods for the coffee maker and a nice selection of shampoos, conditioner, soaps and lotions. An added wonderful touch was a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge. The location was absolutely perfect. A patisserie just steps out the door with the most delicious pastries. Restaurants and high end stores all within a stones throw or 5 minute walk. A grocery store, Franprix (2 locations) are within a 5 minute walk with a nice selection of cheeses and wine to enjoy in the room. The Metro station, (Saint- Paul) was within 5 minute walk and easy starting point to all of the tourist attractions that Paris has to offer. Opt to buy the tourist multi day pass as it was well worth it. The Metro in Paris is phenomenal on how well it runs and how easy it is to navigate. Honestly, the photos and description on VRBO were very accurate and we just loved the location and how beautiful it was all around the area. Very safe and exceeded our expectations. Wonderful home in a great location

We arrived later than expected because we purchased Metro Navigo tickets at Charles De Gaulle to take the train into Paris. The SCNF office recommended that we copy our passport photo and attach it to the pass. That took an extra 15 minutes. The apartment is very convenient to the Metro. The home was compact and clean. Every appliance was neatly in the kitchen area. Virginia met u at the apartment and gave us a quick verbal introduction and instructions for the dishwasher and the laundry machine. It was beautiful and immaculate. There were so many good boulangeries and cheese shops within walking distance. We also went to a few bistros in the neighborhood that were minutes away that she recommended. A great location and wonderful home.

Wonderful

My wife and I just returned to the USA, after a wonderful 16 night stay, for our 30th Anniversary, in this apartment. It is located perfectly in the Marais area. The apartment has everything you need for your stay, including cooking utensils, pans, etc., if you want to cook. It was very clean and Pacal and Virginia, the hosts, were perfect and amazing. We hope to return soon!

Perfect little trip to Paris with a great place to stay.

I took my 17 year old granddaughter to Paris for her first time during the Christmas holidays. I have been several times to Paris. The location was ideal. We could walk to all the major sights, find buses, metro, taxis. It was amazing how much we were able to see. Plenty of great restaurants and small stores in the neighborhood. Rue des Rosiers is a charming, safe little street located in the Marais. My granddaughter felt safe enough to go out on her own and got to know the neighborhood. We were met at the door by Virgini who made us feel at home and was available for anything we needed. The property was very clean, newly renovated, beds comfortable, linens very nice. We had a wonderful time! Location, location, location always comes first for me when traveling. This did not disappoint.

The unit was just as stated. Two issues that one must be aware of which have been stated before: the noise at night and the stairs. A way to get around the noise is to close the windows and put on the portable A/C unit which is available. The stairs are a definite issue for seniors or less physical people. Four flights with luggage can be a challenge. Otherwise highly recommend as the unit is clean, well stocked and in a great location

Perfect Location

Loved staying at this place. Location was perfect and the apartment was well maintained. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. Great shopping and eating right in the neighborhood. One caution - not for people who don’t like stairs. 4th floor with no elevator, giving a great opportunity for many mini workouts up and down the stairs. 😊
