Welcome to Unit 407 where your biggest vacation decision is whether to take a walk to the beach or put your feet up and allow the incredible bay view to soothe your cares away! Relax in the stylish bright open living area or take your favorite beverage out on the private covered balcony. Enjoy meals prepared in the well-stocked kitchen with table seating for 4 plus 2 counter stools or take a short walk to dine at some fantastic Ocean City restaurants. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer and dryer.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Management not great, place a filthy

My husband and I arrived after 5 pm with our three kids, 5, 3, and 1.5 years old. After gathering all of our stuff and taking it to the room, it was about 545. We walked into the condo and it was not touched by the cleaning crew. Sand, food crumbs, food left in fridge and on the counters. Sand was in the bathtubs and hairs were on the floor and bathroom. The bathroom sink had spit and dried toothpaste in it. The previous tennants left clothes and other things in the room. here was a decorative lantern that was also broken and glass was on the floor. We addressed the glass and food on the floor first because of the 1.5 year old. It took me over 5 hours to clean that entire place. We called and left messages for the management and took pictures. They responded by telling us that the cleaning crew came at 4:40, which was impossible. They told us there was no way to prove that the pictures were taken before we messed it up. I sent time stamps and actively tried to get in contact with management. They email us again, telling us we didn't contact them right away but we have proof that we did. The management was terrible and the handling of this situation was horrid.

Great Vacation

Bayside Princess is a wonderful property that offers great views and beautiful sunsets. Pool is heated and beach is very close. I recommend this property.
