Fantastic bayfront view from the main living area, the expansive balcony and the master bedroom. The view of the sunset is amazing! This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath third floor condo with elevator has a washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, and two Smart TVs . The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The master bedroom and second bedroom have queen size beds, and the living room has a queen size pull-out sleep sofa. The unit also comes with one assigned parking space. The condo is less than a mile to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Enjoy!

Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. Guest will need to bring sheets (queen size beds and sleep sofa), pillow cases and towels; toilet paper, bathroom soap and paper towels.

No rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets.

No parties or event gathering.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.
