You'll love the peaceful neighborhood and its unique (for Phoenix) lush green yards, mature fir trees and all of the citrus trees in your SHARED back yard. Feel free to soak in the hot tub and pick your fill of oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes (season permitting)!

Your relaxation and comfort is paramount to us, so we have included a large smart TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels! Oh and the wifi is a blazing fast 1GB fiber connection and the AC is brand new and powerful to keep you cool in Arizona's heat.

The dining, kitchen and living area boast an open concept that is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and/or social entertaining.

The kitchenette has quartz counters, upgraded stainless steel mini fridge, a microwave, a counter cooktop, a toaster oven and is fully stocked with utinsels and even some spices so you can save money by preparing meals versus eating out.

The brand new bed and high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. Our goal on the bedding is that you experience a night's sleep that's even better than what you get at home.

While you have a private entry and completely private access and exclusive use of the apartment, there are tenants living in the other two apartments on the property. for your information, there is a completely secure hotel-style lock off between this unit and the one next to it, enabling you to rent both units if you so desire. You have shared access to the back yard citrus grove and the coin-operated washer and dryer that are also shared with the other tenants on the property.
