Wonderful experience

We had an absolutely wonderful week here. The home exceeded our expectations and the posted photos. It is beautiful, quiet and very private. The views of the bay and sunsets were spectacular, The pool was large and perfect for all swimming levels. The house is spacious and beyond comfy - it is charming. There were four of us traveling, One seven-year-old, two parents and a grandfather. None of us wanted the week to end, Jennifer was extremely helpful answering questions prior to our stay. Checking in and out was very easy. We strongly recommend this property and plan on returning next year, If you are looking for a relaxing experience in a beautiful setting this place is for you.

Loved our stay

We stayed at Jennifer's home during the Christmas holiday. It was the perfect size and location to get all my adult children and my small grandchildren all together under one roof. It was nice give the daughter in laws a break from hosting 😊 as we now live in California. The house is well equipped with everything you could need. It truly was like hosting my family in my own home. Tin foil, zip lock bags, basic spices, and all those little extras made it such a pleasure. The house is extremely roomy, with lots of gathering spots for everyone to spread out. The location and view from the backyard reminded us as to why we love Long Island. It's a quiet safe neighborhood with convenient shopping areas within a quick 5 minute drive. We all commented about how we felt the love in this house, this isn't just a place someone put out to rent just for the income, this is a cherished and loved family home and it was truly felt. Thank you Jennifer for the welcome gift and kind note. We hope to visit your beautiful home again in the future (if Brookhaven allows!).

Beautiful Property

The property is absolutely beautiful. Windows everywhere and a large deck allow you to enjoy a view of the bay that is very special. We all enjoyed the huge pool, well equipped kitchen, and ample living space. It was great to have bedrooms and baths that allowed everyone to have some privacy. Everything allowed for a truly wonderful stay. I hope to rent again!

Great Stay

Our family had a wonderful time in East Moriches. The house was perfect for us and such a nice neighborhood and beautiful setting. We loved sitting on the deck watching deer, bunnies and birds. Was a little cool to use the pool much but would be great in warmer weather. The house is well stocked and Jennifer was a fantastic host.

Beautiful property wonderful family vacation !

Loved this home and setting — great for families with mice pool and pretty view over the bay! All Clean and many rooms to have privacy or work remotely. Owner super responsive especially during storm — 5 stars!!!

Family Time

The pictures did not do this home justice. This family vacation was nothing short of a great time for our family including little ones. The heated pool was perfect, fishing off the dock & playing in the sand at low tide was fun for our grandkids, great for kayaking & watching sunsets! House had everything we needed & more. The owner was so responsive & helpful - just a pleasure. We hope to book again next summer!

A magical post covid reunion

We had such a great week with our kids and grandkids. The house was perfectly layer out. A den for the kids to play and watch movies, an adult den upstairs, crib for the little one, nice kitchen and dining room. Lots of pool toys, big backyard to play lawn games. We took bikes and road around the very quiet block. The ice cream truck can’t by. Nature is everywhere in the backyard. Lots of bunnies, deer, seagulls and egrets. We enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom with coffee in the mornings. Nice Beach chairs were available to take to the beach. We enjoyed smith point beach every morning and the heated pool in the afternoons. Just a lovely place all around.

Wonderful

As much as I'd like to keep this house a secret, the very nice owners deserve an honest review of just how nice the home is. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and her home is lovely, very much like the pictures perhaps nicer and the area near the Hamptons but mellower is great. Our family very much enjoyed. Hope to return!

Perfect getaway!

Our group just loved this house! Jennifer was very helpful, accommodating and really had the house ready to high levels with many touches that weee noticed by all in our group. We were couples, singles and a baby. The view of the bay was incredible! The home is stocked for entertainment as far as games, heated pool, kayaking, place settings for large dinners and more. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. I personally love 10 minutes away but was great staycation and spot for friends coming from the city and Nassau county.

Very comfortable house

This house is very comfortable, lots of space with two family rooms and big bedrooms. Nice views of the bay from the upstairs rooms and downstairs common areas. The house had everything we needed. Jennifer was always very responsive, before and during our stay. I would rent this house again.

Peaceful escape from the city

You can't beat the gorgeous view of the bay from dawn till dusk. Kayaking on the bay was amazing for all alike. The house is spacious enough for each to have their own space. The two TV rooms allowed for kids to have their space and adults theirs. Adults and kids loved the spacious heated pool, allowing for day long fun. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The house is located on a quiet street with easy access to supermarkets and farmers markets around. Great house and great location. A few things need a little TLC but owner is on it and nothing that is a problem when you are renting.

Perfect summer house

The house was perfect for our stay We were 3 couple and it was lots of space for each couple, perfect location with an amazing pool and deck. The Bedrooms all are big as well as kitchen, which is stock with all you need . Jennifer the host was amazing to deal with answer fast and so easy to solve any issue. We will be back for sure

Beautiful rental house

The house property is as described. This is a beautiful house with nice landscaping. Our family rented this house for a family vacation; which we all enjoyed very much. The area is very nice and relaxing. We had an amazing time by the pool and the rest of the house. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We recommend this house rental for anyone who would like to enjoy peaceful time with family and or friends.

Family Reunion

We were able to enjoy this beautiful home and spend a week, kayaking, swimming, bike riding in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house was well appointed and large kitchen and dinning room, made for very nice family dinners

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay! The house and property were perfect! Couldn’t have asked for more! Not much to do for a town or anything but would have been further really for that. We rented a boat at kept it at the dock for the week. The whole family loved it!
