This unit is a semi detached mother in law apartment that is connected to the primary dwelling by a carport. It is centrally located in a quiet Puyallup neighborhood less than a mile from Good Samaritan hospital, the South Hill Mall, a variety of stores and restaurants and within walking distance to the Fair. The apartment has a private patio with seating area and includes off street parking, full kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, one bathroom and a small extra room that's perfect for use as an office space. The apartment comes stocked with kitchen necessities, a variety of toiletries in case you might have forgotten something, Wi-Fi and a TV that’s ready for you to log in and stream your favorite shows.

Highly Recommend

This unit was very cute and tidy. The outside space was nice for relaxing in the evenings and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked with thoughtful items like coffee pods and toiletries. I would highly recommend this place.

Close to fairgrounds

This was a wonderful option for my son and I to stay while he was showing at the state fair. Great location close to the livestock entrance gate. VRBO was wonderfully stocked with coffee pods and bathroom supplies. Having a washer and dryer was quite useful as well.
