Freshly remodeled and stylishly decorated, this condo is located on the top floor of the Pioneer Park Condominiums located near downtown Bend. The Premier Suite features King-sized bed luxury, a choice of firm or soft pillows, and black out curtains for a restful night's sleep. The comfortable living area has a dining table for four and a sitting area to relax as well as a cozy fireplace, a Queen sized Murphy wall bed, a balcony, and another full bathroom. The well appointed kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals; with Stainless Steel appliances, dishes, and all cooking tools. The living room balcony has an electric BBQ grill and seating for four outside.

This place was perfect for us as we spent the week in Bend. Condo was as described, very well equipped and comfortable. The surprising thing to us was how very quiet it was at night! So many restaurants within walking distance. The river was a beautiful place to walk along and take in the scenery…all just steps out your door.

Cute property and comfy. Would stay again!Couple suggestions: a table on balcony to put a cup or glass, rug in bedroom is a trip hazard because the edge sticks up, couldn’t find and BBQ cleaning supplies.

A Landing Spot Close to Town

We had a great stay here! It's a very quiet place, we never heard any of our neighbors. Our son (3 years old) can play a bit loud, but no one seemed to mind. Ten minute walk to downtown was convenient. When we had a small maintenence issue they were super communicative and had a plan to fix it right away. Overall great place to stay!

Great 1 Bedroom Condo

The Riverside walk was so nice to have right there!1 bedroom with a compact kitchen was just what I wanted for my 1 week stay. I was able to cook for myself which was cost effective.I recommend

Our New Favorite!

The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was very well stocked and communication with the property managers was quick and easy. It was perfect for a couple and sound did not travel from the front room to the bedroom. Worked great for us, will definitely being staying in this unit again.

Bend weekend

We came to Bend for a concert and were super close to the venue and close to downtown. The place was perfect for 2 couples - we each had our own private room and bathroom and balcony.

Great location!

Small but comfy. Great location and a short walk to downtown and a park that is on the river. Plenty of amenities inside and well stocked to cook meals. BBQ is electric which was a bit different but great to have. Cleanliness was decent - floors were filthy and we had to wear socks the entire time while inside, they ended up in the trash, also there was long hair left behind in both showers. Overall we were pleased with our stay and it easily would have been a 5 if the floors and showers were clean.

Central Oregon Getaway

We spent a few days enjoying the beauty of Central Oregon and loved the location of this place. It is walking distance to downtown and a park. The design and space within this condo is perfect for a couple or 2 with plenty of amenities.

The property needs to be cleaned better, I literally had Black feet from walking on the floors. They didn't clean behind the bathroom door so you saw the hair and dirt from other guest. GROSS!!

Lovely apartment. Great location. Suggestion to property listing: property location turned out to be the same as rental agency's address which is NOT usually the case. Address for property location could be more specific.

Great Location. Easy walk to Downtown Bend

We enjoyed the location. Wish we would have known there wasn't an elevator to the 3rd floor only steep steps up. The unit was nice. The cleanliness of it was AWFUL. All of the bottoms of our feet were constantly black from the dirty floors. I don't think the floors have been mopped in years. The upstairs bedroom closet floor was filthy and so was the floor behind the bathroom door in the upstairs shower/toilet area. The sliding glass doors rails were so very dirty and the decks were dirty, so we opted not to sit outside. It's to bad the unit wasn't clean. They did a nice job on the remodel and decorating. The kitchen had enough things to be able to cook simple meals. We really could have used another white trash bag, leaving guests with just one is kinda silly. Some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors (for robes while in the shower) would have been nice too. I was afraid to have my clothes hit the floor, especially in the upstairs bathroom as I'm not interested in previous guests, pubic hairs getting on my robe (yuck). Would I rent this unit again? Probably not, only because of the lack of cleanliness. It's to bad too.

Nice location and easy to access

Cute little space that met our needs for our family of 4 to spend a long weekend in Bend. Had all the necessities and was a pleasant location in Downtown Bend.
