Updated Condo with Deschutes River View

Whether you are here to explore central Oregon, hit the slopes at Mount Bachelor, or on business we have the condo for you! Our one bedroom condo offers sleeping for up to four travelers in two queen beds.

Our property is perfectly adjacent to Pioneer Park, a great place to enjoy a picnic lunch, stretch your legs, or relax under the shade of the many trees in the park. From the park you can access the river trail and follow it into downtown for some dinner and shopping! When you arrive back from exploring the area, relax and take in the gorgeous views from the third floor balcony.

The main living area offers a queen sized Murphy bed, gas fireplace and a TV. The bedroom offers another queen sized bed with an attached full-bathroom and second TV. Your kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove combo and all your dishes and utensils.

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

The proximity to downtown cannot be beat, we are less than a 10 minute walk. Once downtown you will find numerous restaurants, pubs, and downtown boutiques. Our property also includes a heated indoor pool and hot tub, so be sure to pack those swimsuits!

Within 5 minute slow walk of downtown using the river trail. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony while listening to the river. Soft beds, comfy couch and the space was very clean.

Great condo with river view

Condo is conveniently located close to downtown. We enjoyed the view & sound of the river right from the deck.

Great comfortable stay

The unit is on the 3rd floor at the end. Very quiet. Very clean and updated. We were very comfortable. Loved having the view of the river. Easy access to the river trail and easy to walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay.

Bend There Doe That

The location was perfect! Lovely to have the river right outside the condo. We spent a lot of time in the pool as the water temperature was so nice. We also enjoyed watching the marmotts from the balcony.

Perfect Fit

The Condo was well equipped with everything you could need (kitchenware, bedding, towels, bathroom). The balcony was one of our favorite parts, great view and cozy seating area. The main room has a smart tv and a comfy couch which was great for lounging. The size perfectly accommodated my boyfriend and I with room for a couple others. Wasn’t too bad but you can hear those around you a fair amount so we were just mindful on the noise we were making, wasn’t ever a bother. There were a considerable amount of ants throughout the condo which wasn’t a big deal to us but was definitely noticeable during our stay. We overall really enjoyed this space and had a great time spending our down time here during our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo with a great view

This place was very cute. It seem to be newly updated and has a great view of the river. My only complaint was that it was not clean. There was food and hair and dirt all over the floors and chairs. The shower in the bathroom had a big wad of hair and dirt in it. It obviously wasn’t cleaned. There was a lot of dog hair on the balcony carpet. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed because the sheets were stained and had someone else’s hair in it and they did not smell good. Overall the place was nice and easy to get to. I would have liked it more if it was cleaned properly.
