Spacious 1 bedroom

This was our first time staying at a Windsor Court condo and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect and the condo was rather large for a 1 bedroom. And the ocean view could be seen from virtually anywhere in the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful

As advertised on Vrbo. Wonderful condo, very clean. Amazing ocean view, steps to the beach. We even had deer in the court yard, we fed them apples during our stay. My husband and I would book this condo/villa again next time we go to Hilton Head. Tom & Deb from PA

Perfect for two adults

Keyless entry was great. No keys to worry about. Kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation. Could use a steamer basket. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold, windy and rainy during our week. We still enjoyed our stay at Windsor North.

Lovely Stay!

What a beautiful place! We stayed in this villa for our honeymoon recently and found it to be very comfortable. The check-in process was very smooth and working directly with the owner was nice - she was able to give us all the access codes for the unit, pool, internet, etc, and also gave us suggestions for where to experience excellent dining. She even checked with us after we arrived to make sure that we got settled and didn't have any questions upon arrival. We especially loved sitting out on the balcony area and watching the deer in the early evenings. This villa overlooks a very pretty natural landscape section and has ocean views instead of the pool, so it felt very peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no problems cooking - we even used the outside grill downstairs (complete with community grill tools) by the pool area - just a tip: wash the grill utensils from the grill before you use them! We loved staying in this villa and are already talking about coming back for our one-year anniversary!

The condo is beautiful. Location is awesome. Pools are great. Short walk to the private beach. We needed a pass for a visitor and Susan the owner got back to us ASAP. Would highly recommend this condo. Will stay here again.

Great view from the balcony and nice pool and beach access

The beach is wonderful. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are very nice and updated. Everything in the description was accurate and it had everything you would need in the kitchen and I appreciated the Hilton head magazines to help find restaurants. Plus there were books if you needed something to read by the beach. The bathrooms could use some updating. But I did like the jetted tub In the master bath. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the condo!

Beach time

This was a very nice condo . It has a nice ocean and grounds view. The property was very nice we loved the fire pit and had many nice conversations with other guest. My only draw back was the walk way to the beach I'm having a total knee replacement next week so going up and down the sand dune was a little difficult. Once the knee is working again I would stay here in the future.

Tranquility

I rented this condo for a week for my mom and step father. They could not say enough about their stay in Hilton head. The condo was amazing as was their host Susan. She was easy to communicate with and did whatever she could to make the stay wonderful. It is perfect for 2 people, they couldn’t have asked for a better place. Definitely recommend. Wonderful!

We rented this unit for our son and his new bride for their honeymoon--they checked out this morning. I asked for their input so that I could complete the survey. They said that it was perfect for the two of them and they loved it.

Perfect Adult Beach Get Away!

After a week in a beach house with 15 of us, 9 adults and 6 children, my husband and I were ready for a quiet week alone at the beach! This condo did not disappoint! The condo itself is beautiful, has wonderful views, is nicely decorated, well appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer, and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The entire facility is great from the parking garage under the complex, to the trash chute outside the condo door, to the beautiful grounds, lovely pool and private, uncrowded beach, we were extremely pleased! I only contacted Susan for a day pass for a visiting friend and for departure instructions and she responded immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit!

This unit was very tastefully decorated, not your typical "beach" room! Felt like home. The furniture was very comfortable, the bed was comfortable, the bath was spacious with plenty of storage. Extra touches in the kitchen like foil, spices, plastic storage bags etc., were very handy. The pool with shade chairs, beach access and setting were perfect. I would absolutely recommend this unit to others! Susan was timely with all contracts and information and even responded to questions we had while we were there! Had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful property

We had a lovely vacation here. The condo was excellent. Plenty of space to spread out. Susan was so easy to get a hold of during the booking process. She answered my questions promptly and gave us great recommendations for dinners. The property was spectacular. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach access is right over the dunes. The weather was perfect. We golfed, rented bikes, and enjoyed the beach. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you, hope to be back!

Love this location

Susan’s condo is perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy HHI. We were celebrating our anniversary and took advantage of several of the fine restaurants on the island. If you prefer to cook your own meals, the kitchen is well appointed and has most of what you may need for meal prep. We love this condo and will return next year!

Tucked away gem

We had a larger group than normal so we required an extra condo in addition to the one we always use. As soon as I opened the door, we were not disappointed. Upgrades throughout and the owner was extremely responsive. The location was lovely and very quiet. We highly recommend this property and the owner for your next stay in Hilton Head.

Windsor Court North in Palmetto Dunes

Beautiful one bedroom condo well appointed. I usually cook during our beach stays and I had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. We loved the pool area and enjoyed seeing the deer that came to visit the lawn area seen from our balcony. Sadly it was just too hot and humid to enjoy the balcony seating area, but that's the beach in July!

Great Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Villa

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful villa during our fourth trip to Palmetto Dunes in the past six years and this was definitely the nicest villa we've rented. Susan was great to work with; very good communication and pre-trip instructions. Great decor and everything was very clean. Nice to be able to make meals in the villa and use the outdoor poolside grill. Easy access to the beach and a great homebase for Palmetto Dunes golf courses. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful Villa

Susan, Thank you for sharing your home with us; it was just as pictured and described; well cared for, spotless, and with all the small amenities one could want. Although we did no actual cooking, the kitchen was such that it would be easy to do, including well organized and labeled spices! The view of the ocean was perfect, enjoyable sitting inside or out. The pool area and surrounding grounds were lovely and well maintained. Renting in HH for over 20 years, I can say with confidence that we would definitely stay here again.

Spring onto HHI

From our first communication till we sadly turned in our key, our April vacation at this condo was wonderful. The decor was as pictured and quite relaxing. Though we didn't cook a lot, this condo was fully stocked even for my breakfast bread baking! We ate steamed shrimp from the Piggly Wiggly on the deck and just had a grand time. Great beach, great shopping, great entertainment, great breezes, and outstanding local food eateries. Owners were so kind to us throughout our booking and rental time. Can't wait to return.

We have been to a lot of places both inside and outside of the US, but Hilton Head is by far our favorite place to be! We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 25 years for our 'annual honeymoon', always staying in Palmetto Dunes. While our earlier years were just for an extended weekend because we didn't want to be away from our children for very long, we now enjoy extended visits several times throughout the year. We always dreamed over the years of owning our own place in Hilton Head, and the time was finally right for us in 2009. Once we purchased the villa, the work began to completely renovate our HH home and make it our own. We hope you enjoy staying with us and we love being able to share our home when we are not there. Welcome to the Hatcher Home in Windsor Court in the Leamington division of Palmetto Dunes!
