Hi Blas, Thank you for the wonderful review of your stay at Lakeview Cookie Chalet. We're so happy to hear the cabin was spacious, well-prepared, and gave you a warm and relaxing experience—especially during the snowfall. We're glad we could help quickly and make your stay as smooth as possible. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next Big Bear getaway. Thank you, Big Bear Lakefront Cabins team

Hello Scott, The Lakeview Cookie Chalet is a well loved vacation cabin by many. We had hoped that your 10 day stay was refreshing and enjoyable as well. We had visited you several times during your stay to ensure that your needs were getting met to their fullest and had addressed the minor toilet handle issue and other minor repairs. We do provide many supplies for guests , but laundry detergent is not something that we provide currently. Throughout a 10 day stay, you are most likely to get some pollen from the forest :) This is a good thing though, as fresh pollen means that the forest is ALIVE and WELL! It's inevitable that pollen will fall outside but we do our best to prepare for this prior to your stay. We have over 60 vacation cabins and will be happy to host you in a different cabin on your next stay. We will be in contact to discuss your concerns in more details. The Big Bear Lakefront Cabins team
