Summary:
Fun & relaxation are the heart of this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath house located just blocks away from shopping and restaurants. With an entertainment bar that includes an ice maker, wine fridge, and large living space to watch your favorite movie or cook your favorite meals, you can kick back and enjoy time with friends or family. Relax in the sunroom and hang out around the fireplace, and rest well in the plush king-size beds. Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
Wonderful home, with outdoor garden, outdoor patio room and sunroom/nook. Master bedroom located downstairs with full bathroom, second bedroom located upstairs with full bathroom. Half bathroom located downstairs.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Sister weekend

This was the best place for us to stay during our short trip to Fredericksburg!! So close to Main St and located on a quiet road. All the little details in the house were very well done. Will plan on staying here again on our next visit.

Quaint home

The home is decorated really nice and well appointed. It's located on a quiet street and not far from the main street. We enjoyed having the comfort of relaxing in the outdoor patio. We will be staying here again!

Comfortable and welcoming

Came to Fredericksburg for a little R&R. The house was perfect for two couples, close to Main Street, and very comfortable. The yard and screened-in porch were very nice.

One of our very favorite places to stay in Fredericksburg! It was super clean, comfortable, cozy and perfect for our stay. You can tell every detail was thought out and the furniture, appliances, everything was super nice. Close enough to walk to Main Street, but far enough from there to enjoy a peaceful evening sitting on the front porch or hanging out in the sunroom. We will be back!

Perfect getaway

Gorgeous home! Beautifully updated and decorated, as well as spotless! Seriously looks like something out of a magazine. My friend and I had a great stay. The separate king suites we're so nice and we enjoyed the screened in porch. It's a few blocks off of Main St. Quiet neighborhood. There are lots of separate seating areas and TV's everywhere as well as phone chargers and a wine fridge. Such a nice touch! Highly recommend this property!

Fredericksburg House

House is wonderful. Two friends stayed. Two bedrooms--one upstairs; one downstairs. Everything new in house. Very quiet neighborhood. Well located to town. Would rent the house again. For owners: We were unable to access channels on TV. Downstairs ensuite bathroom window had no privacy shade just a film on which did not cover the entire window. Rock steps off the kitchen leading to parking were quite difficult. Definitely need improvement or rail for safety of guests.

Great couple getaway

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this home so much, only downfall was we didn’t get to stay longer! The home was immaculate, very well equipped, comfortable & cozy! We gathered around the island several evenings and even enjoyed coffee in the porch.
