With 2 king beds, master and guest bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, outdoor patio and more. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and all that Fredericksburg has to offer. This fabulous property provides a serene atmosphere and modern amenities that make this a great place to call home base while you're away. If you are needing more space for more than 4 people we have a condo right next door with the same layout that sleeps 4 people as well if available. Message us for more details. Check in was easy. The place was clean comfortable and a good place to relax and rest after a busy day. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook easily. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms clean and spacious. Phillip was super helpful when needed.

The house was great. The host was awesome and even accommodated us checking in an hour early. The house was very clean we loved everything about our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Fredericksburg.

Clean room near downtown with a good space to spend with friends and family. Cleaning fees were a bit steep but I think that’s the norm in this area. Other than the fees, great communication clean place and comfortable beds.

Property was located conveniently near restaurants and retail stores. It was a short drive to historic downtown and the Pacific War Museum. It was a nice home away from home and comfortable bedding for restful sleep.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it feels like home away from home. Very cozy, quiet and the perfect distance to Main Street. I love this quaint little place and I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for allowing us to have a peaceful stay!

Located ½ between Enchanted Rock for climbing and the Old Tunnel State Park for bat viewing and star gazing. Oh yeah, less than 5 min from downtown Fredericksburg and all it has to offer so great for a long weekend in the area or a midweek escape from the city. The property is clean, single level with good parking in a quiet area.
