Located right off of main street in charming Fredericksburg, enjoy what this spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath townhome has to offer. With 2 king beds, master and guest bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, outdoor patio and more. Easy access to wineries, restaurants and all that Fredericksburg has to offer. This fabulous property provides a serene atmosphere and modern amenities that make this a great place to call home base while you're away. If you are needing more space for more than 4 people we have a condo right next door with the same layout that sleeps 4 people as well if available. Message us for more details. Awesome place! We so enjoyed our stay here and Philip, our host was so helpful and kind. We stayed here with our friends, so we could be close to Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course and enjoy the town of Fredericksburg. We have all agreed that we would love to come back and stay here again! Just the best!

Place could not have been any nicer or more comfortable! Great location and very close to everything we wanted to see and do. We stayed here for 4 nights--beds were very comfortable & everything was very clean!We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! We only had a couple of issues while we were there. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and then we couldn’t ever get the hot water to come on in the kitchen. We never said anything to the owners because we didn’t feel like it was a big enough deal to bother them with it. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful girls’ trip staying here with my aunt and cousin for the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. The living room sofa with reclining seats was such a cozy touch, perfect for relaxing and catching up. The location was super convenient to everything we needed, and the décor throughout the property was stylish and welcoming. Overall, a great stay — we would definitely come back!
