You can see the incredible sunsets and rest on its large terrace, as well as walk along the beach that is meant to be enjoyed with all the family.

It has a nice kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker with Aeroccino , washer, dryer and 3 smart TV's with cable and an exclusive parking spot for your car

You can do Home Office or watch your favorite series in the new Google 75" TV with the 200 Mbps High Speed Internet.

Fantastic

The unit was beautifully decorated, very well equipped and the owner Luis made sure we knew he was available if we needed him. Would definitely stay there again. We love Plays Royale!

Mother and daughter trip to Nuevo Vallarta

My mother and I spent a week at this lovely condo. The condo is very nicely decorated and has everything you would ever need. The check in process was very easy even though I was 3 hours later than I said I would be. The condo complex is very nice with a gorgeous pool and access to the beach. I am hoping one day to stay there again.

Great condo

Stayed there for two weeks, Jan-2024. Very nice and modern condo. Fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, great sunsets. Very airy as we never used the AC.The concierge (Carlos) was a great help. Very quiet at night. No parties here. Very nice and walkable beach. Swimming is good enough. Get a Beach Club pass, it's worth it, no " Palapa wars". The beach bar is OK, but not great, very slow service. Try the beach bar/restaurant down the north end of the beach called Sabbia. Luis was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay.

Home by the sea!

Our stay was great. Really nice unit that was stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great location.

Great host!

Great location close to the pool and beach. Also close to Shopping and restaurants. The home has all you need for a great stay. Luis was always available for any questions we had. Super clean. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

The transformation of this place over this period of time has been amazing.

We recently bought this apartment for our family vacations and decorated ourselves.
