• The space overview •
The interior is spacious with a mash up of mid-century modern and farmhouse decor elements. One bedroom offers a desk for anyone who wants extra privacy and the convenience of working remotely. The en-suite master bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower. There is free driveway parking, and 4 cars can comfortably fit.

• Guest Access •
All areas are available for use except one locked supply closet and an outdoor locked tool shop.
*There is an RV on the property and will occasionally be in use. This is not a space for the guests and the outdoor spaces are separated and private.

• House Rules •
**Please respect the home and neighborhood.
**No loud parties.
**No smoking indoors or in the screened in lanai.
**No pets.
**No glass by the pool or hot tub.
**There is an RV on the property but the backyard spaces are separated by a fence so there is full privacy!
**By booking this property, you agree to not hold the homeowners or property managers liable for any accidents that happen in or around the pool, hot tub, or anywhere at this property.
**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
