Fantastic place—couldn’t have asked for more. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the oxygen rooms were unreal (a total game-changer at altitude!). The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with plenty of high-quality glassware and dinnerware, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect—an easy walk to and from Peak 8 in Breckenridge, so no hassle with parking or shuttles. Everything about this place felt thoughtful, comfortable, and high-end. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A short walk to Peak 8 and a beautiful house with some features we’ve literally never even heard of. Oxygenation systems in every bedroom, hot tub, sauna, steam shower in Master Bath, double sinks and dishwashers, and a theater room. This place was so well-equipped, it’s hard to explain. Comfortable and a great location. It literally doesn’t get any better. Thanks for a wonderful family experience and some great memories!

SB Ski Trip

Three families in town for a SB ski trip. Property was perfect for 13 of us. Walked to and from slopes each day; back for apres ski in the hot tub.At night we loved the large round table where we could all gather together and laugh and tell stories of our day on the slopes.The massage chair probably provided the most laughs as it is not for the ticklish.We will definitely by back!

Incredible Vacation Home

From the start of the booking process to the final check-out - this home was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed at. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation in the mountains of Breckinridge. The homeowner had incredible communication and was there if we needed anything! Definitely a must - if you are looking for a 10/10 vacation rental!

Breckenridge Beauty

We absolutely loved this house. The owner and property manager were great and responded quickly to questions or issues. The house is large and so very comfortable. It has so many very special amenities that my family loved.It had a hot tub, sauna, massage chair, pool table, movie room, really great! The only issue is that it is at least a 10 minute walk to the gondola so it was an issue with the kids and boots and skis. Also, it was snowing so hard, we could not wait on the bus at night. There were car services available at night. We took the free gondola to town durning the day but it closed at 5:00 p.m. I would definitely suggest that you need a car.

Amazing house, location, and amenities. Gorgeous rooms, loved the theater room, steam shower, hot tub, and kitchen. Great place for a large group or family. Excellent communication through out the booking. Highly recommend this beautiful property on your next vacation.

Top Notch

Peak 8 Platinum is an extraordinarily well-equipped property. This was the 2nd year in a row that our group of used the house as home base during a Breckenridge ski week. Easy walk to Peak 8 from the house. Pete is responsive to any issues we might encounter. Kitchen is super well-equipped. The large round table seats all 11 of us easily. Great experience two years running in this place.

Perfect Home for Big Family Getaways

We had the most incredible experience staying at this VRBO vacation home for our first-ever family trip as adult siblings with our families. This home was absolutely perfect for us, as it allowed everyone to stay comfortably under one roof. Each bedroom had a king-size bed, so there were no complaints about bed sizes—everyone had plenty of space to relax. The layout of the home was fantastic, with plenty of room for the kids to play without disturbing the adults, which made for a stress-free stay.The poker table and massage chair were definite highlights of the week, offering fun and relaxation for all. We also loved the proximity to Peak 8 and the convenient gondola access to town—it made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Rob, the host, was a pleasure to work with—he was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns before and during the trip, making the whole experience even smoother.This was, hands down, the best New Year’s ever, and we would absolutely book this home again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Fantastic House!

Overall, this home was great! Pros: Overall, we had a great experience. Amazing location in Breck! Convenient access to everything. Outdoor spa, downstairs pool table, media room, MASSAGE CHAIR, and other amenities were fantastic! Cons: The kitchen was a little undersized considering the size of the home (one oven). The living room fireplace was broken during our stay. We spent a lot of time as a family in the living room area and with the Thanksgiving snow it was unfortunate to not be able to enjoy the fireplace all week. All in all - very minor things! Overall, great house and highly recommend!

Perfect Place for a Large Group

This house has it all! It was the perfect Spring Break for us in Breckenridge! The young adults enjoyed the movie room, game room, puzzles and hot tub. The older adults enjoyed the master bedroom on the main floor, the large dining room table for family meals, and the poker table area. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair, netflix and internet access after a day on the slopes and having ample bathrooms and large comfortable beds to sleep in. The walk to the Gondola and the lifts at Peak 8 was around 6-8 minutes so it was super convenient. We used the Gondola for all our trips to main street, and road the bus system back to the house so we had no need for a car. The house was well stocked with towels, humidifiers, and all the basics plus more. My favorite moments in this house were in the morning, when the house was quiet, drinking my coffee looking up the mountain watching it snow. We would definitely stay here again!

Breckenridge winter fun

Spacious and relaxed. So much room to spread out and very cozy areas to sit and read and play games together.Spectacular views of the mountain from the living room and kitchen. We loved the movie room but didn’t use it much because we had so much else to do! The hott tub apres skiing was a crowd pleaser as well as the massage chair where we all took turns and had a waitlist !! We really liked the mountain and diverse runs and bowls!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your special home!!

Peak 8 Sensation an incredible home

This home is beautiful and fit our multi-generational family and another couple with a baby with room to spare. They’ve thought of everything- a great re-arrangement of the garage as a place to gear up and gear down for the slopes each day. Extra touches like boot warmers, a super clean hot tub, sauna and a steam shower in the MBR are all incredible. This home has everything you would ever want or need. Nice location close to the base of Peak 8.

Excelent Cabin Location and Ski Trip

This is a beautiful cabin, very well located walking distance to Lifts in Peak 8. We where a party of 16 friends. House is very spacious and has great areas to host a party of 16 adults in the cabin. We will definitely use this cabin again for this number of people

Owners from Connecticut, and family loves Colorado and Breckenridge in both Winter and Summer. Skiing is amazing, town is charming and fun, and the people are terrific. Works for Boost Oxygen, providing visitors to Altitude with extra oxygen to help them acclimate. Use it each time we come to Breck- enables us to enjoy first days at 10,000 feet.

For us, Breck and this house just checked every box. Accessible to Denver and Denver airport/before the Vail Pass which can close. Great skiing, lots of powder and varied terrain. Tons of Summer activities. We have large extended family, huge house makes it comfortable for us to invite all the aunts, uncles and cousins. LOCATION! Put boots on, walk to lifts, Ski back behind house. Peak 8 has earliest snowmaking and is epicenter for all skiing in Breck. On main busline, both up and down. Walk to gondola. FUN house- Great room spectacular, Mountain view awe-inspiring, hot tub, sauna, rec room, theater room, game room- everyone is smiling from start to finish. Tennis at recreation center, indoor pool with slides, ice skating, you name it.

'Wow' factor. Walked into the house, saw the waterfall and entered into the Great Room and just said "Wow". Kept saying 'Wow' with every room and amenity I saw. Sat in beautiful dining room with realtor and a beautiful huge Red Fox trotted down the hill in the woods right next to windows. Knew it would be the right place for my family and a source of many future happy memories.
