Lovely house, perfect for our family, easy to walk to EPIC adventure location and the village not far away. The only issue was that we were going to use a high chair but it was in need of a scrubbing and I did not want to do that.

Everything was great, we especially loved the hot tub,sauna, steam shower and massage chair. We had 18 adults and never felt crowded. The perfect space for our group.

Great house for a large family trip. The home has everything you could need and very comfortable. Great access to lifts and free public transportation.Very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place—couldn’t have asked for more. Tons of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the oxygen rooms were unreal (a total game-changer at altitude!). The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with plenty of high-quality glassware and dinnerware, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect—an easy walk to and from Peak 8 in Breckenridge, so no hassle with parking or shuttles. Everything about this place felt thoughtful, comfortable, and high-end. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was hands down the perfect home for our extended family of 9. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the views were absolutely incredible—something we appreciated every single day. The home itself was beautiful, well cared for, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.We especially loved the thoughtful touches throughout, from the cozy gathering spaces to the amazing amenities. The jacuzzi was a favorite after long days, and the steam shower in the master bath truly made it feel like a luxury retreat.Every part of our stay exceeded expectations, and it created such special memories for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and unforgettable getaway.

A short walk to Peak 8 and a beautiful house with some features we’ve literally never even heard of. Oxygenation systems in every bedroom, hot tub, sauna, steam shower in Master Bath, double sinks and dishwashers, and a theater room. This place was so well-equipped, it’s hard to explain. Comfortable and a great location. It literally doesn’t get any better. Thanks for a wonderful family experience and some great memories!

Ski trip

Amazing house, location, and amenities. Gorgeous rooms, loved the theater room, steam shower, hot tub, and kitchen. Great place for a large group or family. Excellent communication through out the booking. Highly recommend this beautiful property on your next vacation.

Incredible Vacation Home

From the start of the booking process to the final check-out - this home was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed at. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation in the mountains of Breckinridge. The homeowner had incredible communication and was there if we needed anything! Definitely a must - if you are looking for a 10/10 vacation rental!

Outstanding!

Property was better than pictures. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Made our summer stay in Breckenridge the best yet. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Close to town for dining and activities.

Great experience on our second trip

This was our second time staying in the house, and we once again had a great time. More snow this year meant we could ski in, which was fun. House is perfect for large groups and multi-age families. Thanks for a great week!

Breck Christmas

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and well-designed house, conveniently located near Peak 8! The oxygenates made a huge difference for the older members of our party! Very thankful as well for the tasteful Christmas decorations!
