Meloi beach, the port of Skala and Merikas bay, Villa Margarita covers a territory of 200sm
and consists of two floors, connected with interior wooden stairs. The ground floor includes
a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting-room and WC while the upper floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom

This is the only villa in the island where you can reach the city center in 3 minutes driving and be at the beach in 3 minutes walking distance. There is a huge veranda with outdoor furniture, amazing gardens and option to rent a private pool for you and your company.
