There was nothing about the property that disappointed. The property fit the description, was impressively clean and neat and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property manager is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would reserve another stay at this property and with this property manager again without reservation.

Christmas Getaway

The host Waldemar was absolutely Amazing and more than accommodating to all of our needs. Only thing I would suggest for this property is a keurig coffee maker which is just more of personal preference for me however the current coffee maker works perfectly fine for all your coffee needs.The house is absolutely perfect for a getaway to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine. A great vacation in an amazing house

We had an amazing time! Waldemar was here to check us in and always available for any questions. This is an amazing house. We went to the beach or did sight seeing every day but it was nice to come home each night and have a pool and hot tun. The neighbors were very nice and it was a very quiet and safe place to be. We were a half hour to forty five minutes away from Pine Island, Sanibel and Fort Myers .

Perfect little get away

My husband and I and 6 kids and 2 dogs rented this property for my husband's 40th birthday week. The property owner Waldemar was so amazing. He met us at the house to show us how everything worked. The property was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool was a huge hit with our kids as they spent everyday in it. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We took walks and bike rides. They have an amazing bike trail up the road a little bit. We took our family to visit Sanibel Island which was a must if your in the area. It was a beautiful drive and beach. Prettiest shells we've ever found on our beach trips. Target and walmart are a short drive away for groceries so thats always nice. We loved our vacation and spent some much needed family downtime. We definitely will be back. If your on the fence on a place. I promise you won't be disappointed. The owner, neighborhood and house is amazing. It doesn't get better than that!!

Location of property was pretty good, SWF is beautiful. This house isn't brand new..but it is comfortable with king size bed in every room and nice sized tv. Safe neighborhood, no issues. The home needs to be re-sealed or caulked. Swimming pool screen needs to be re-sealed. Other than those things, no problem.

Relaxation at its Best!

We had the privilege of staying at this property for 23 days. Great location; close to everything…. Beaches, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The property itself was very clean, relaxing and the pool was amazing! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai listening to the soothing waterfall and birds singing… so peaceful. Then in the afternoon we enjoyed lunch on the patio watching the ballgames and movies. The neighborhood was very quiet and had great neighbors. Lastly, Waldemar was an excellent host! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He was committed to ensuring we enjoyed our stay… thank you so much!!

Simply Perfect!

From the moment I booked the home until the check out, Waldemar kept in perfect contact with me and assured our family would be in total comfort. The home is stunning and nicely updated with all the niceties you'd expect from a vacation home and more! The location is spectacular with tons of shopping and dining nearby! Don't hesitate, this one is clean, sharp, and the home cleanliness was impeccable!

A must stay property

I have stayed at many properties however this is is A MUST. From amazing house, which is immaculately cleaned, to big size pool and super friendly host and all the right amenities (this house has everything your family needs). It feels like you are at home. I would highly recommend to book this property. Will be surely coming back!

Fantastic Getaway

My family rented this property for a 3 week stay this spring. The home was in great shape , really clean, and perfect space with 4 bedrooms and great common living space. The kids used the pool every day! It was great proximity to all of the activities we planned during our stay up to Siesta Key down to Marco Island. Property manager was very professional and helpful through the entire process. Highly recommend.

Spacious & Beautiful Home

My sister and cousins joined me for a few weeks down in Cape Coral to get away from the cold weather back home. We were all working remotely and the house had plenty of room for us to spread out so that we didn’t get in each other’s way throughout the work days. We loved being able to jump in the pool and hot tub after a long day of work and just enjoyed our time relaxing at the house and seeing the outdoor activities Cape Coral had to offer. Waldemar was a great host! He answered al my questions promptly prior to our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the house and told us he was just a few minutes drive away if we needed anything else during our stay! One thing to note, you pay for electric charges based on how much energy used during your stay. This was clearly explained ahead of time, but we didn’t realize how much it would cost to run the heated pool and hot tub every night, so just be cautious of that while you’re enjoying your time there. Overall we had an amazing stay and if we’re ever in Cape Coral again would definitely revisit this beautiful home.

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My sister, nieces, and I are all in healthcare and we really needed this quick getaway. The house was absolutely spotless and provided everything (chairs, umbrellas, cooler) we needed for our visits to the local beaches. The pool was much larger than expected and really enjoyed by our 12 and 17 year olds. Unlike other houses we have stayed in, the furniture was excellent quality, the beds were comfortable, the towels were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. There was even an additional refrigerator in the garage that we used for our water. Prior to our visit, Waldemar was quick to respond to my questions and he was an absolute pleasure in person. I rate Waldemar and this home 5 stars plus!

Amazing house .... Owner very fast at responding!!!

We stayed at this amazing house for a long weekend while there for a baseball showcase! The house was very clean, exactly like the pictures online and close to many stores!! We will definitely be renting with Waldemar again!!!

Family gathering

The house was perfect for families. Layout allowed for son & fiance to be separate from other son/wife and 3 kids. Everything needed for vacation was there. Well appointed house and Publix delivers. Would certainly rent again, and highly recommend. Fair price for spacious, clean, and in excellent neighborhood. A+ to Waldemar for making it a smooth process.

Perfect vacation home in Cape Coral.

Great get-away home away from home

The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very cozy and well stocked for guests to settle in. Everything we could need was provided (towels, linens, cookware, place settings, drinkware). The grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants are just a short 5 minute drive away. The pool & spa were fantastic for both the kids to play and the adults to relax. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it is easy to relax while lounging by the pool, listening to the wind in the palm trees and birds chirping. Overall, I would highly recommend this property as your get-away destination.

Awesome Stay in Cape Coral

My experience with Waldemar from booking through the entire process of checking in to check out was nothing short of amazing. He's the ultimate professional with a warm and friendly personality. The place was spectacular, pristine clean with all modern furniture and equipment. We were not in need of anything during our stay. The pool and hot tub are immaculately kept and everything about the place epitomizes "home away from home." I wholeheartedly recommend 2228 SW Terrace to anyone looking for first class accommodations and superior service from the owner.
