Property/Cabin does not include a boat. Also, at present, I do not have a boat to rent.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: VRBO doesn't have a default setting that I like for cancellations and refunds. I offer a full refund to anyone who cancels IF I am able to secure a booking for the day(s) that you cancelled. So even though the VRBO listing says you will not get a refund if you cancel, I would provide you with a per day refund IF I get someone else to rent during any of the specific days that you had booked.
