SEA HEAVEN sits one lot back with only a small fisherman's cottage in front. Beautiful views from both levels and steps to the beach! Our family-friendly beach cottage is located on peaceful Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the spacious upper deck or take in the sights & sounds from the lower deck while relaxing in the bubbly hot tub or swinging hammock chairs. Rodanthe is a quiet village on Hatteras Island that will transport you to simpler times.The area attracts nature lovers, fishermen, water sports enthusiasts, star-gazers, sun-bathers, history buffs and anyone seeking to just feel the breeze and be at ease. We welcome you to our little slice of Heaven by the sea! The perfect home base as you explore all Cape Hatteras National Seashore has to offer. This home features:

Hot Tub - Relax in the hot tub or let the sea breeze gently rock you to sleep as you lounge in one of the swinging hammock chairs located on the covered lower deck.

5 Bedrooms - All linens provided. Beds made upon arrival. All 5 bedrooms and laundry area with full size washer & dryer located on the first level.

Coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker and 14 cup Coffee Maker, assorted coffee and teas.

Serve dinner at the dining table that can comfortably seat 8 or belly up to the breakfast bar that seats 4.

Wide upper level sundeck! Enjoy dinner or cocktails under the stars on the wide sundeck where you will find a picnic table that seats 6, a bar height table for 2 and 2 Adirondack rockers just for relaxing or stargazing.

Relax in the cozy living area with ocean views, a 60 inch Smart TV with ROKU, an XBOX 360, DVD player and plenty of board games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

***Sea Oats Drive is a private road that leads directly to the beach. It is made of sand and gravel. Depending on weather conditions, it can sometimes by a nuisance to travel due to large puddles and pot holes. We recommend a high clearance vehicle though not necessary.

The Extras!

Welcome Basket - Guests are treated to a welcome basket filled with an assortment of snacks. We also provide assorted coffee and tea for our coffee bar and starter supplies that include dishwashing liquid & dishwasher pods, kitchen sponge and towel set, paper towel roll & laundry detergent pods. in addition, each bathroom will have hand soap, extra toilet paper, trial size shampoo & conditioner.

Beach Gear - Our Guests will have access to 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 soft top surf boards, boogie boards, corn hole, sand toys & 3 beach cruisers for exploring the island.

Baby Equipment -Sea Heaven has 1 pack n' play, 1 high chair and 2 booster seats. We recommend reserving additional equipment with Ocean Atlantic Rentals in Avon, NC.
