Blissful Bungalow across from LMU campus

Conveniently located right across the highway from LMU, you will have easy access to your student, restaurants, hiking, and biking. Your group will each enjoy their own space in this spacious 3 bdrm 2 bath home. Large stocked kitchen with island that is open to living room and dining room making it the perfect place to all hang out while cooking, playing cards etc.

Located in the mountains of East Tennessee just a minute from the main campus of LMU, five minutes from plenty of hiking at the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, a few miles away from Norris Lake, only an hour from Knoxville, and 1.5 hours from the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg area.

Are you a golfer? Choose from the following courses all within a 15-40 minute drive:
Middlesboro Country Club-The oldest continuously played golf course in the US
Wasiota Winds, Pineville KY- A difficult but fun course
Monta Vista Ewing, VA
Lafollette Country Club

Forget something? Need groceries? There is a Dollar General conveniently located within two minutes of our home. There is also an IGA food mart for all your meat and produce needs.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles if you utilize both driveways. You are in a very spread-out community, so a vehicle is the best way to get around.
- Please kindly do not smoke inside the Airbnb. Doing so can result in additional fees
- No parties are permitted in the Airbnb
- No pets are allowed at this time.
- Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10:30 p.m.
- No more than eight guests are allowed to stay overnight.

The process was easy and quick. Checking in was quick and easy. The owners stayed in communication to let me know they were available if needed. It has lots of space for a family. The only thing i noticed was there was no activities for kids. Not a deal breaker just bring some games for kidos. It's convenient to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

perfect for a family weekend!

Visiting our son on LMU campus and it was perfect! Property was clean, easy to access and plenty of parking space. Would recommend!

Property was clean, had sufficient hot water, and was close to where we wanted. It did have a strange smell from some sort of cleaning substance, had a steep unmaintained driveway, and the shower heads were quite low but overall great place.

Great stay

Everything was clean and as represented in the listing. The driveway situation was not ideal, but the property manager informed me of this ahead of our stay, and added that they are working on that issue. Overall it was exactly as promised, and ideal for our stay.

Great Harrogate Home

This home was clean, remodeled and comfortable. Location was convenient to LMU, Middlesboro, and Cumberland Gap. The hosts were great at communication and making sure our stay was a good one! Will definitely stay here again!

Quick overnight stay

Blissful Bungalow was nice for an overnight stay. The house was clean and adequate supplies were on hand. The carpet seemed clean but could be updated/replaced.

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the drive here and surrounding area were beautiful. It was very bumpy going into the driveway though haha but other than that it wasn't too hard to find.

Great Stay

Outside could use updating. The inside is great. Very clean, comfortable, and the owners have put a lot of work in on it. It was a great location for us. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from LMU and could not have had a better location. It had plenty of room for a post graduation meal with family. It was a great house. Definitely would stay there again.

Great LMU Location

This house was perfect for us while moving our son back into his room at LMU. We could go back and forth to campus easily and hop over to Middlesboro for Walmart. Everything was clean and all of the appliances were in great shape. House had everything we needed. Driveway needs some TLC but was completely manageable. The hosts were attentive and responsive. We’d definitely stay again.

We Had A Pleasant Trip

We had a pleasant stay at the Blissful Bungalow. The hosts were kind and communicated clearly. The property was decently clean and comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels for our needs. Our biggest complaint was the driveway. It isn’t paved and getting cars up and down was tricky. The houses surrounding the property also appeared to be abandoned, which was a little sketchy. Otherwise, we had a good time and would consider staying here again if we ever returned to the area.

Nice place, needs some TLC

The house and location overall were good for us, right across from LMU. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly. While we were told, the driveway needs repair, very uneven. Inside, the fridge was not clean when we arrived. The carpet in the living room is dated and stained. We were unable to find the switch that turned on the light over The kitchen table. Water pressure for the showers was great. Overall we were happy to find this rental, but attention to These issues would make it an even better place to stay.
