Roomy condo with a good location. Comfortable beds with plenty of room. The windows were a bit drafty but was easily fixed after covering the windows.

Great Location

Was a great time at Ski Hill. Just a block away from main street and the fun. We walked everywhere and didn't have be too use rental vehicle.

Great place

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. The location is great. The condo is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The kids love the wood burning fireplace, the loft with bunk beds (and the separate bedroom upstairs for the oldest), the games available to play, pool, hot tub, etc. great spot in Breck to wrap up the summer!

PERFECT LOCATION AND SO COZY!

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved being able to walk to town for dinner and it was great having such a convenient ski out. The unit has every amenity from a wood burning fire place to games and even a guitar. The owners provide outstanding customer service and gave us really helpful tips for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

A little dated, but very clean. Fantastic, walkable location to Main Street (shops, restaurants, bike trail). Had some toys that my little one loved. Pool and hot tub were great too! Overall great experience.

We enjoyed the location of unit. There were 5 of us and we felt like.we had plenty of room. 5 min walk to downtown, 5 min walk to gondola, and the host was very responsive.

Amazing stay in Breckenridge!

Such a great place to stay! A very easy walk to the gondola in the morning and a short walk back at the end of the day. The VHS tapes provided a great sense of nostalgia, picking a movie with your friends and starting a fire is the perfect way to cap off a day of skiing with your friends. Down town is very close and the hot tub is even closer! If I come back to Breckenridge I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Fabulous trip

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was super convenient to both the gondola and town which was perfect for our group. Those of us who skied could also take the four o’clock run home less than a block from the parking lot! We got snowed in (I-70 shut closed) and the owners could not have been nicer and more accommodating! Hope to be back soon!

Perfect location!

My children and I stayed in this condo in late July. The location is absolutely perfect - a very short and easy walk to Main Street, a 4-minute drive to grocery stores and gas stations, and short drives to neighboring areas (Blue Lakes, Frisco, etc.). The condo was spotless upon check in. It has a very well stocked kitchen, and an unexpected bonus was the large selection of kid's toys, books and games available in the condo! The owner is very responsive, and I also appreciated the detailed instructions on locating parking and the unit itself. We'd happily stay here again next time we're in Breckenridge!

Nice but overrated

Although we had a great time in Breckenridge, the condo was somewhat disappointing. It was listed as a condo that sleeps 8. The family room had one average sized sofa and that was it for seating. So, obviously that left many of us without a seat. Pretty disappointing to have to sit on the floor when we paid $400/night. How can you have a condo that holds 8 and only have one couch? Also, bathrooms had Mildew in the showers.

The property was clean and spacious. My group consisted of three couples. We each had our own sleeping space and bathroom. One couple had the loft and used the downstairs bathroom. Quick and easy walk to rent bikes, eat, and shop.

Cozy apartment right by Breckenridge resort. We put on our boots in the apt and walked 5 minutes to the gondola.

Great stay

Great stay! Communication with owner was excellent! The location to town and lifts was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and the elevator to both floors of the condo was very helpful for unloading luggage.

Ideal location for skiing at Breckenridge (5-10 minute walk to the gondola and even closer walk at end of day after skiing down Four O'clock run). Quite a bit of space (we had 6 adults staying). Enough pots/pans. Enjoyed our stay!

Location was great!!! Walk to gondola & ski back sawmill, snowflake BASE lift, or 4 o’clock run. Walk to town. Condo was convenient and cozy. Would have loved a fire. All I talked to in building could not get that wood to burn😔. Bummer. Also, we all suffered from the dust. I cleaned a bit, place needs a serious dusting!! Even ceilings have dust strings hanging down 😱 Bathrooms & kitchen were clean though. Would definitely stay in same buildings.

Great location

The location is close to town and Gondola. There is also a shuttle stop at the top of the drive way. Keep in mind if going in the winter to ski, walking to the shuttle and Gondola is a challenge in those boots. The air is thin making it more challenging. The condo is comfortable. The free fire wood was very nice, since we had a fire going most of the time.

Great place, great owner

The condo was great. My wife and me plus 9,6, and 4 years old kids. Little hiccup on check in which I only bring up to mention how responsive the owner was. Fast and got everything solved. I have probably stayed at Vrbo/ condos 25 times and this is the best stocked I have seen. Plus tons of board games for the kids etc. location was awesome too. Thanks!

We had a great stay! It was nice to have covered parking in a ski town. The location was phenomenal! We could take a short walk to the gondola or to town. At the end of the day we skied right back to the driveway! Awesome vacation place!

Great location, Great place

I'm hesitant to leave this review because it might make this place harder to rent next year. This place is in a great location (close to the gondola and main street). It is also close to the snowflake lift, if the gondola line got long we just went over there. It fit our whole family easily and was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful.
