Newly built right next to Mike's Market grocery center and Beans & Brews Coffeehouse, there is no better location for your annual trip to Bear Lake than at Paradise Parkway. You'll enjoy close proximity to everything Garden City has to offer while also coming home at night to the peace and quiet of Paradise nestled between the neighboring tent glamping site and the Bear Lake / Marina Side KOA. For your boats, ATVs, and snowmobiles, feel free to park your trailers in our designated toy parking lot.

Great place to stay

New, clean, comfortable townhome to stay in. The ownerless very easy to contact. Having Mike’s Market right across the street was very convenient. Downsides were the upstairs living space and minimal kitchen supplies.

Excellent new townhome

Very spacious. Brand new! It was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Prompt service getting back to us. If we had questions would definitely stay here again.

Fun at Bear Lake

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Fun time with no check in/out hassles and no issues.

This property is a home away from home. We prefer living outside of busy cities personally, but close enough that we don't have to travel for access to everything. This property is right in the thick of everything Bear Lake has to offer, with immediate access to the only grocery store in Garden City, Mike's Market, restaurants, shakes, coffee, chocolate covered raspberries, the marina, beaches, and gas, you name it. All that said, we still enjoy peace and quiet at night in the beautiful Paradise Parkway community.
