This two-story corner condo offers great views and a location like no other close to bike and walking paths, downtown Garden City, Marina Rentals, Bear Lake, grocery stores, and Mike's Market. Take in memorable views of Bear Lake and the marina - it's so fun to sit and watch the boats! Start your day with a delicious breakfast in your private patio as you take in the surrounding views. Planning a barbecue? This condo is equipped with an electric grill! This and the outdoor dining area on the patio is the perfect combo for family barbecues. The first floor offers an inviting living area with a gas fireplace and a TV with cable, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials (dishwasher included), a dining table seating six, a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs, and a full bathroom with a standalone shower. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, along with another full bathroom. The main bedroom has a large TV with cable and a spacious private balcony. The guest bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and place

Easy check in process, had an amazing view, located near everything, had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Management was very communicative when we had a slight issue and when we accidentally left something.

A welcome home feeling.

The Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Lake and Marina.We had a small water issue but the repair person was there within 15 minutes and had the problem resolved quickly. Loved seeing the deers and turkeys wandering the property. Would stay here again.

Great location

Conveniently located near lake and shops. Great view of bear lake. The mattress in the main bedroom was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The bedding was cheap and scratchy.

Lighthouse House

We recommend playing a game and seeing how many lighthouses you can count in the house! The property was as expected and we love the master bedroom view. Everything was clean as well.

WiFi was awful. Main bathroom tub and shower didn’t drain well. Furniture was old and lots was broken. Lots of bugs got in and found a few spiders. We love Vacasa but won’t book this specific condo again.

The location was beautiful but several things in the home were broken and looked old. Said it could sleep eight but the pull out bed didn’t work so three of us had to sleep in the same bed. Wasn’t terrible but for the price we payed I expected more. would not stay there again for the price we

The location on this property is in the perfect area. However, the first thing I noticed when we arrived was the bird poop on the patio and patio furniture. We ended up cleaning it up ourselves. This was a major downer for me. Other than that, the place was clean, but very dated. There was a burn mark on the counter from a pot and the front room TV was very small. There was no salt and pepper or any other spices for cooking or plastic wrap.
