Welcome to our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom VRBO retreat, just a short walk to the beach! Perfect for families or groups of friends, sleeps 13, this delightful getaway offers plenty of space and comfort, including a cozy bunkroom.

Step into the bright and airy living area, adorned with a large sectional, 75” TV, games for game nights, and toys for the younger ones. The open-concept design connects the living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings. The dining table seats up to 8 and the island seats 6. Sink into the comfortable sectional and unwind after a day on the lake, or gather around the dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the newly-remodeled, well-stocked kitchen.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed with walk-in closet (with pack n play) and an en-suite bathroom with an extra large shower. A second “master” bedroom with a queen bed and desk workstation. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy accommodations, each equipped with comfortable beds and dressers. For the younger ones, the bunkroom is perfect for creating lasting memories and laughter-filled nights.

Step outside to the many parking options, including room to park your boat and RV. There is also a brand new fire pit with surrounding oversize chairs. The home is also equipped with an EV charger for your electric car!

With the public beach just a short walk (0.75 miles), or the Bear Lake State Park Marina a drive away (2 miles), you can easily spend your days building sandcastles or swimming in the crystal-clear waters. Included with the home is new beach chairs and two brand new skim boards!

Conveniently located, this home offers easy access to local restaurants, walking distance (2-min walk) to Heritage Park with 8 pickleball courts, fishing pond, playground, and where lots of city events are located, including fireworks for 4th of July and Raspberry Days.

Great Place & Location

This place has the ideal location! It is in the heart of Garden City, and it is close to everything! The host is great, and the place feels new and clean, tons of parking, and extra amenities for Pickleball and the beach. Our stay was exactly what we hoped for.

Cute and clean stay

Cute and clean place and would totally rent again. Close to everything you’ll need and loved having a washer and dryer for beach days. Along with the hoses outside to wash everything off from the beach. Great for families!

Great stay at bear lake

We had a great time in this house. It was nice and clean and had AC units in each area which made it nice. The property manager was very helpful and responsive with the few issues we had. Highly recommended it.

Super clean, great location

This is such a cute, clean house! We loved staying here. It’s close to the beach and restaurants in Garden City. A lot of space to park. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay here again. One tip, when we arrived the a/c units were on high fan which didn’t do much. So put them on high cool and they do an amazing job at cooling!!

We had a great time at this rental- it was an awesome location and perfect way to fit all our friends and family for the quick weekend! Nothing fancy, but super clean and got the job done! Would stay here again!

Great set up for 2 family

This home was a pleasure to rent. The parking was very easy. Inside very clean. Zero clutter. Full kitchen with appliances and cooking tools. The home set up has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms and master bath on the other side of the house. Kitchen and living room between. It was nice to have that separation between our families as some of us were up earlier than others. This home is very close to the lake and downtown. You could walk if you want to. Host was very responsive. No issues at all. The whole process was so easy.
