Our hidden gem, Shady Acres is a tropical paradise that has been remodeled with our guest in mind. A great long term option. Enjoy open concept living with a Florida vibe. Kitchen has large granite island, all new stainless steel appliances, and a Kuerig coffer maker. New washer and dryer. The Flamingo room, primary, boast a spa like bathroom. Your guest will enjoy their rooms, Stuart Beach and the Sailfish Room. The main living area has a 55' tv with ROUKU and included access to local cable. All 3 bedrooms have smart tv's. Have a glass of wine and enjoy the view from your patio. Shady Acres has a creek in the backyard that attracts many different kinds of birds and ducks. Cook your fresh catch on the outdoor grill, shared with other guests. Off street parking. Shady Acres sleeps 6. If you have more then 6 you may be able to rent the Owner’s Suite located on the same properly. Owner’s Suite sleeps 3.

One mile to Port Salerno restaurant district, where the local fisherman bring their catch into the Salerno restaurants. You will find fine dining like The District Table, or fish taco's listening to live music at Priate's Cove Marina. The restaurant district is home to the Island Princess, your sunset dinner cruise. If you are looking for some fun nightlife , then this is your spot.
Shady Acres is just a little over a mile from the river where you can launch your kayak or paddle board. Jonathan Dickinson is a 15 minute drive. 15 minutes to beautiful Hobe Sound Beach. 45 minutes to PBIA.

Super clean, everything you’d need for a short stay. Laundry facilities to boot. Easy to book. Would stay again but don’t plan on moving house!

Close to everything!

This house doesn’t seem like much from the outside but the inside is beautiful. Very modern, super comfortable beds, huge washer and dryer, very clean. We had some issues with figuring out the AC but overall this is an excellent place to stay. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

A tropical escape

Owners had thoughtfully prepared for guests and tastefully decorated. It was clean and charming with every effort made to make guests welcome and safe. I was prepared to have my grandchildren stay but enjoyed the property as a haven for one and place to relax. I even enjoyed the property plantings and outside areas.

Shady Acres Respite

We stayed at Shady Acres for the month of Feb. It was absolutely the perfect fit for our month long getaway! Three bedrooms and two full baths gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel like we were at a true home away from home. We had guests over for dinner and to watch the Superbowl. It was less than 5 mins to the Pt Salerno waterfront area with several restaurants to enjoy! We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

The Perfect Stay!

Shady Acres was the perfect place to stay for our family of five!Location: We were visiting friends in Palm City, just 12 minutes away. We went fishing, visited several beaches, snorkeled at Peanut Island - all easy afternoon trips. Property: The house itself was fantastic. So clean, nothing broken, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, outside area was relaxing. Owners: We requested more decaf coffee pods, and the owner went above and beyond getting then to us asap. They communicated quickly and graciously. We are recommending many friends to this rental and couples without kids to their second rental on the property. We will be returning!

An enjoyable stay!

I highly recommend booking a stay at Shady Acres when visiting the Stuart area! The home is very nicely renovated and the hosts do a great job of making their guests feel welcome by leaving some small complimentary snacks and water. Also available to the guests are some beach equipment which include a cooler and beach chairs! We did not have any issues during our visit, but Scott and Michelle communicated great and let us know that they were always available if we were to have any concerns. The location is very convenient, as there are several restaurants nearby and two grocery stores within a mile.
