This is our newest listing, so we have yet to receive reviews. We have 3 other well-established properties in Brevard county listed on VRBO.

Wake up refreshed in this bubbly, inviting dwelling located just 5 minutes from the beach. This newly renovated listing is for the left-hand unit of the side-by-side duplex, offering everything you need for the perfect vacation. Brand new luscious king-sized beds with pristine, vibrant furniture in the entire home. Roku televisions in every room.

Conveniently located near U.S. Route 1, providing you easy access to all the exciting adventures Melbourne has to offer. 10-15 minutes from historic downtown Melbourne for unique shopping and exquisite dining options.
Located just one minute away from the gorgeous Wickham Park which includes campgrounds, exercise trails, off-leash dog park, bicycle/jogging roadway, and nature trails.
One hour away from all theme parks (Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld).

We had a great stay. Neighbors were friendly. Close to where we needed to be and plenty of restaurants and Walmart. Bed was super comfortable we wanted to take it home. We will look into staying again.

Great place!

Property was as it appeared in photos. 2 bedrooms with king beds and full bathrooms. Kitchen was clean and easy to cook in and living room comfortable. Location off the beaten path so it was quiet and not full of tourists. Neighborhood was quiet. Would recommend.

You wont be disappointed

We were very impressed with the proprty. Everything newly remodeled and very clean. It was on a dead end street and very quiet. Huge tvs in living room and bedrooms. Love the split roommate floor plan. Will stay again in the futre.

Beach duplex stay

This little duplex was very nice. Two large bedrooms with bathrooms. Easy drive to the beach. The only problem we had was some small bugs in kitchen. Messaged Larry who was very nice and was ready to send someone to take care of it. Owner was very easy to deal with.

Just what we needed!

This little home away from home had everything you could ask for! It was a great neighborhood location, with convenient stores & places to explore. The home care instructions and convivence of the check-in & check-out process made it really feel like our own home. - My toddler son had a blast running around and exploring all the rooms. - My husband was comfortable temperature and sqft wise which makes for an easier balancing of needs. - And my ability to have all the basic necessities with the add ons of appliances and launder needs was the cherry on top. All in all, this rental made a perfect family vacation business trip into a week to remember and wish it would never end. *We have future trips to plan for business and if this rental is avail, we ABSOLUTLETY will rent again :)

Spent one month in June with my son. Property is charming in a quiet neighborhood.Pros: Location. I grew up in a home not far from here. This location is ideal for anyone spending time in the Melbourne area. Everything in north Melbourne (Eau Gallie) is right down the street. Viera is easily accessed by utilizing US1 and bypassing most Wickham traffic. Equally you can use US1 to get to downtown Melbourne without Wickham or I95 traffic. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Had a nice chat with the neighbor.Host. Had a small issue upon arrival (which could have been solved had I read the instruction pamphlet in the home) but I contacted the host and got a quick and satisfying reply that solved the issue. The host was most helpful and kind. Comfort. Both bedrooms are essentially master bedrooms. For a small home this definitely maximized comfort. You would not bring a family of 10 here, but a smaller family or couple would be quite comfortable and also afforded plenty of privacy. Cons: The property is not perfect. The patio (Florida room) does have an operating TV and furniture, but it is not maintained, and gets very wet when it rains making it pretty much unusable. As I was there in June, this did not affect my stay as anyone who lived in FL in June can attest, you won't be sitting outside the A/C much. Also, this is an old style Florida home. You will see lizards and the occasional dead (due to pest control) palmetto bug.

Perfect for our little baseball family

Our little baseball family (2 adults + 10yo son) travelled to Florida to participate in a USSSA tournament and can't imagine a better housing option than this property. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well equipped (e.g., pots, pans, appliances, board games, beach towels, etc.). Access to a washer and dryer were a must for us, and those also performed beautifully. We had one issue arise early in our stay, but the owner was very attentive and worked with us to resolve the matter quickly. We did not visit the community pool during our visit as initially hoped when booking, mostly because it is in full sun at the hottest times of the day. The unit itself was in a perfect location for everything we did during our visit. The USSSA Space Coast Complex is a quick 20 minute drive away, as is the beautiful and quiet Paradise Beach. There are plenty of grocery, gas, and other shopping options within 5 minutes. Nearby access to both the I-95 and Route 1 really put much of Florida's Space Coast within a short, enjoyable drive. Excellent unit. Excellent experience. Excellent owner. Highly recommend considering this for your next stay in the area.
