This 4 bedroom contemporary home with private heated salt water pool and jacuzzi offers en suite bathrooms for all rooms, 2 large common areas with large TVs, Sonos sound system, updated bar area and full entertainers kitchen. This space is perfect for relaxation, entertaining, and taking advantage of the beautiful desert winters. Plenty of outdoor space with 6 lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, stunning outdoor fire table, plus additional seating areas, large PebbleTec salt water pool with jacuzzi and two waterfalls. Wonderful mountain views and minutes from Old Town La Quinta with restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Minutes from wonderful hiking and walking trails.

Great condo, great location

As advertised, very comfortable, well put together. Enjoyed having the garage during a VERY cold week. Would stay here again for sure.

Best VRBO rental in 20 years.This beautiful home is like a private five star resort.We spent 35 nights and had a great holiday.Matt the host really looked after us.

Great place to hang

This home was outstanding. Great back yard with pool, spa and firepit. Everything you would need to fix gourmet meals was stocked. The home owners were extremely responsive to the few issues that came up. They were easy to deal with and had great instructions on how to operate the sound system and amenities. The beds were comfortable and it was great having king beds in 3 rooms. We had a very relaxing month.

Home away from home

The property is located in a small, gated, well maintained community. The house has wonderful curb appeal. It is beautifully landscaped and obviously well cared for. The inside features large open living spaces with plenty of natural light and fresh air. The well stocked kitchen and bar had every appliance, plate, glass, knife, etc that we needed. Completely furnished to say the least. The back yard and pool area were excellent, well furnished, and maintained weekly to keep the pool and hot tub clean and the lawn and garden areas maintained to a tee. Matt was a great host and responded quickly to any of our needs. We loved our month in his beautiful home.
