A desert paradise! Spectacular home in 24 hour guard gated community. Custom pool & spa with plenty of outdoor space. Gorgeous views overlooking the greens on a private golf course. Located on the 10th tee box. Adjacent to PGA West with multiple golf courses nearby. Surround sound allows for music inside/outside the house and pool area. Private detached casita with private bathroom, seating area and walk-in closet. BBQ provided and Wi-Fi with office set up. 3 full bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The office can be used as a 4th bedroom. Home has 2 car garage & parking in the driveway. Relaxing gated courtyard with seating. Perfect for extended stays.

*Heating of the pool is included.
*A/C and heat included.
*Taxes waived for 30 night stays.

Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% and Tourism Assessment Fee of 1% is required for stays less than 31 days.

Palm trees on the golf course. Best view in La Quinta!

The hosts of this property are fabulous and really want you to enjoy your visit.

Great stay

Beautiful home and casita. Owners quick to respond. Quiet with a wonderful view. Comfortable beds. Great way to spend time ending the day with the hot tub and a beverage.

Home away from home.

Beautiful location on golf course. Heated pool and spa. Spacious home that is warm and inviting. Small gated community. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great time in the dedert

The house was great. They should change the outdoor pictures to reflect the actual furniture that is on property. Also it is listed as a 4 bedroom, but actually is 3 plus an office.

Thank you for your review. Appreciate your feedback. Pool furniture was changed and photos are being updated. The description was provided in the listing. The 4th bedroom w/attached bath has a desk and queen size aerobed should guests wish to use as a bedroom.

Beautiful property with perfect host

The house was just as advertised with breathtaking views of the sunrise in a beautifully landscaped gated community. The house has everything you could possibly need with very clear instructions on operating the spa, pool, electronics, opening , closing the house, etc. You will not find a more gracious and attentive host whose obvious goal is to provide her guests with the very best experience. Brenda succeeded! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

5 Star Experience

Overall this place is amazing! The house is beautiful, the pool + jacuzzi is very well kept, multiple TVs throughout the house, I cannot recommend this place enough. Having a detached casita (1 bed + 1 bath) was great for my brother, his wife and their baby. Allowed for some comfortable space while also being part of the family trip. Downtown La Quinta is less than 10 minutes away and a fun area to grab dinner. This was our second time staying here and we will continue to use this house as our new vacation spot. Brenda’s communication was top notch, we texted throughout the trip and they even remotely turned on the air for us and the pool heater. We felt extremely safe in the gated community and were able to park 2 cars in the garage. 5/5 stars!
