There's no place like home! But this home certainly comes close! This 5-bed, 2.5-bath home is fit for a king (or three)! The perfect place to get away from it all, this home features two fireplaces, a covered deck, and Spa!
And if you're looking for a true Kansas experience, this is the space for you! With Kansas-themed decor throughout, you'll feel right at home in the Heartland.

This house is located in the quaint and family friendly Westlink neighborhood. The house is just down the street from an elementary school and just a couple blocks from the Harvest Park and swimming pool. The neighborhood is very convenient to great shopping and restaurants (in New Market Square) and has easy access to I-235 and Kellogg Avenue.

Guests have full access to the property. We do use the garage for storage and it remains locked, but there is parking in the driveway for up to 5+ cars and ample street parking.

West-side Ruby is the perfect home for groups large and small to gather and enjoy. Just inside you'll find the beautiful kitchen, complete with granite countertops, extra large French door refrigerator, wall oven, and coffee bar. Imagine your family and friends enjoying a meal at the dining table that sits just off the kitchen. In the living room, cozy up with the family on the large leather sofa, in front of the electric fireplace, and watch your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV (complete with Netflix, Hulu +, Disney +, ESPN +, Fubo TV and Amazon Prime Video).

Ready to rest and relax? Feel like you're in heaven in one of the upstairs bedrooms, all with KING size beds, hybrid mattress and their own TVS! The Master bedroom even has its own private bathroom. In the hall, you'll find the updated main bath, with heated tile floors, walk-in shower, and a rain fall shower head.

In the basement, relax and unwind on the comfortable leather couches in front of the second electric fireplace and watch any of our streaming services on the 55" Smart TV. The kitchenette, which offers a full-size fridge, large countertop space and a second microwave offers extreme convenience for those staying in one of the 2 basement bedrooms. One of the bedrooms sports a cozy queen size bed and it's private 40" Smart TV. The second bedroom, with 2 twin size beds and a trundle, doubles a s a bonus/ work-out room, complete with a treadmill and weights. Just outside the second bedroom, you'll find the large laundry room, with extra storage space, brand new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Don't want to bring laundry detergent? No worries, we have extra laundry detergent, dryer sheets and bleach available for your use.

We can't forget about the amazing outdoor space! Lounge on the large covered deck, complete with lights and ceiling fan to stay comfortable even on those hot Kansas summer days. And on the cold winter days, turn on the patio heaters to relax in comfort. Enjoy a meal on a the dining table or cozy up on the outdoor couch.

For comfort, the house is carpeted in most of the bedrooms and living areas. Please be careful with drinks and food in carpeted areas so that we can keep it nice for future guests.

We do not allow parties.

We do not allow smoking of any kind in the property. There will be a $500 fine with any evidence of smoking inside the property. We ask that any smoking be done outdoors with all doors and windows in the vicinity closed. We ask that all ashes be cleaned up and not thrown into a trash can inside the property.
