Welcome to your vacation home where you can bring the whole family and friends to relax or entertain! This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home that can sleep 13 people is the perfect choice for a memorable getaway.

Nestled in the center of west Wichita, you will be just minutes away from Oldtown, Intrust Bank arena, Sedgwick County Zoo, Tanganyika Zoo, Blast off Bay Water Park, and Genesis Sports Complex. Plus, if you are traveling it is only nine minutes from the airport!

As you step inside, you will be greeted by spacious living areas that have been designed for your group to relax and enjoy. Challenge someone to a game of pool, play games at the large game table, or relax in the living room with popcorn and a movie while enjoying a wood fire.

Your vacation home has plenty of kitchen space for making meals together. The bedrooms are comfortable for a good night's sleep. The kids will also love having their own area with 5 twin beds in the basement.

After a long day of traveling or exploring Wichita attractions, you'll love winding down in your very own hot tub or relaxing and conversing with friends by the firepit. Grill out or make smore's by the fire!

We stayed with our large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The hosts were very accommodating.

Our family felt so welcome in this comfortable, well appointed, clean home. It was a great place for us to gather from four different states and enjoy one another. The host had thought of many small details to make our stay wonderful. Also there’s a beautiful walking path close to the home through a park. This was an exceptional VRBO.

A few co-workers and I are preparing for a specialty certification and needed a place to study and review materials that was comfortable, spacious, and had things we could do for fun during breaks. This was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable. Hot tub, pool table, games, DVDs and close to food and other activities. I was able to have my dog with me. The fenced yard was large. Truly it hit the mark on every level. The only caution for others would be that is multi level. Not an issue for us but not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.

We booked this property for our daughter and her brides maids for the night before her wedding. It was great having a house that could sleep such a large wedding party. We werent there long enough to take advantage of all the neat amenities, but the girls had a great time staying here. If you need somewhere to sleep a large group, this is a great property.

Perfect Family Retreat

Loved our stay here for our family wedding event. The options of being upstairs or downstairs helped section everyone and add privacy. Can't beat 3.5 bathrooms when you have a big gathering. Lots of extra linens. Kitchen is stocked with an incredible array of pots, pans, crockpot, instapot, toaster, coffeemaker, pod coffee, casserole, dishes and glasses. There are Christmas themed plates, when appropriate. I was blown away by how well stocked the kitchen was. I've been to a lot of BnBs but this one was the best for kitchen options. The big fridge was awesome as well. The game room was great for the younger generation while the older gen reminisced in the living room. There are DVDs, books, board games and outdoor games to give you options. The hosts replied quickly and were on top of everything the whole time. The fenced in backyard was a favorite for the dog. Five stars well earned.

Great peaceful place

The house and hot tub was amazing. The only potential problem is that all bedrooms are either up or downstairs. We had a leg amputee staying with us and not knowing about the stairs made it a little difficult but thankfully there was a couch bed.

Spring Break Stay

We enjoyed the home for our 4 night stay. The hot tub got much use, the kitchen was outfitted well. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Our dogs loved the backyard. We played games when it was raining. We know the owner was available if we needed them but they pretty much left us alone. I would recommend this location for folks coming to the Wichita area.

Great family place

We booked this property for our immediate family of 7 to attend a family member's funeral. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and games to keep the kids busy. Wichita Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Our little family of four had more than enough rooms to accommodate our stay. We enjoyed having access to the multitude of entertainment channels, made great use of the fireplace and had fun game nights playing pool, shooting darts and playing cards in the game room. The house was very clean and essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap and towels were all provided. The best part was the communication with Jenny & Chris. At one point we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home but Jenny was readily available and helped us get back into the house through the garage, if she hadn’t been there we would have spent the night in a hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious

The house was great, loved the fire place. Sad there wasn’t a bedroom on the main floor for my grandmother who can’t do stairs but we made it work. The front door can be difficult to open but you get used to the tricks. Quiet neighborhood which was nice, the back patio would be wonderful to enjoy when it’s not winter. The water temperature in the showers was rather touchy, was tough to get something in between ice cold or scolding hot. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
