Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking my day was very easy. Method of payment and all online activity was also extremely easyFor the most part, the complex was empty. There was no more than three or four cars in the parking lot at any time as luck would have it for the first two nights to people above us, for whatever reason were somewhat noisy.The two pools that were supposed to be heated, were not exactly clean and did not seem to be fully heatedBut overall, the unit was exceptionally clean and was an exceptional condition.I would highly recommend booking your next vacation hereIf I were to visit the area again, and I will. I would certainly book with Smith Lake rentals again.It was a good location a little bit country not near a lot of amenities, but overall it was exceptional.Everything was within about a half hour drive. Coming from the city environment that’s a little tough but again an exceptional vacation.Thanks to Spike rentals
