Gorgeous condo on top floor of a historic downtown building. Private balcony.

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed
Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. Remodeled bathroom is off hallway, convenient for both bedrooms
Kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, island & breakfast bar. Cable TV & Wifi. Central heat and air. Original historic heart of pine flooring throughout! This building does not have an elevator so you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Parking is metered. This is free on nights and weekends. Weekdays require payment 8am to 5pm in the surrounding 1 block radius.

The condo has high speed wifi! Please note that 2 flights of stairs are required to reach this condo. There is no elevator. This is not suitable for any guests who have mobility limitations sorry! The private balcony is historic and the railing is lower than modern balconies. For this reason we ask that guests with young children not book this condo, or if they do please keep the balcony door locked and do not allow children on the balcony. All guests should use caution. This is a licensed STVR #00420

Very nice and so accommodating. We loved it there. Our only issue was the stairs (two of the ladies had some disabilities that made it difficult to climb). We absolutely loved it. Thank you!

Property was clean and looked like the pictures. Bigger than what I expected great location quiet neighborhood parking was convenient. Overall great experience. Will definitely stay again.

It was hard to find some where to park. Did not like t you had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to room. The beds were not comfortable!

Perfect location

This condo is in a wonderful location. Many of Savanna’s “must sees” were only a few streets away. Jones Street is visible from the balcony. Forsyth Park is just down the street. St. John’s Basilica is just a few streets away. Parking was much easier than I expected. This is a great spot.

Sister’s Trip

My sisters and I stayed here during our sister’s trip to Savannah. It was a perfect location! Plenty of shops and restaurants right down the street or a brief walk! The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the comfy towels in the bathroom.

Great place in Historic Area

We had a overnight stay in Savannah on our way to Amelia Island. We planned to sightsee and do a ghost tour but it was raining cats and dogs. We took the short walk to Forsyth park and then down to the river.The apartment is surprisingly large. The beds are comfortable. The apartment was very clean. We wished we could stay longer.

Great location in a beautiful city

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. It was one block from the free trolley which takes you into town. Also within a block either direction are 2 of the charming parks of Savannah. The host was very prompt to respond to all messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Big birthday celebration

Spacious, loved the balcony and the openness of the kitchen, dining, living areas. Super quiet despite being so close to all the downtown attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this for these reasons and more!!

Great Place and Great Location

Christine's Classic Savannah Condo was a fantastic place to enjoy the city of Savannah. The location offered easy access to the historic district and the parks, making it the perfect spot for small breaks from exploring the city sites. The balcony was a great place to unwind in the evening and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before going out and discovering the city. Looking forward to another visit and would definitely want to stay here again. Thank You!

Condo was great , but dried food on sink counter, pillows werent great ,secondary bedroom pillow had blood on it, not a great feeling knowing i used the pillow
