What a place! We loved it. Juan and Mari are perfect hosts. From meeting you in the local village to take you to the villa, helping with the suitcases and being on hand for any questions, nothing was too much. Although Juan’s grappa was a bit lively! The villa is beautiful, full of charm and character and has everything you need. The views are incredible. Especially nice at the end of the day with a glass of Prosecco whilst the kids play in the pool, it was a perfect stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great house, location and host

We ( 2 families with kids age 10-11-12-13) stayed for a week. Excellent house with good location to explore the area as well as spend some easy time at the house. Pool was given the thumbs up by the kids. House is well set up for having drinks & dinner at the house, enjoying the nice views. Juan is a very helpful host. We can recommend it.

A piece of heaven!

What a wonderful location for this villa, we couldnt recommend enough. Beautiful views across mountain and sea landscape and a lovely quiet spot on top of the hill above a really lovely village with everything you need for your day to day supplies. Loads of points of interest within a short travelling distance. And by no means least, Juan was an incredible host, so accommodating , helpful and friendly which made for such a comfortable stay.This really made the trip special and we cant wait to return again. and

Our Sardinia stay

Myself and my young family had a truly lovely stay at Juan and Mari’s beautiful house The location was was fantastic, like something out of the flinstines or Hanoi,surrounded by huge boulders and open sky. Amazing! It was abut in the fresh side so we did not get. Chance to capitalise on pool but when we did pluck up the courage to swim it was ace A lovely pool in quite corner with lots of sun Lou fees to warmup in after the dip! Juan and Mari were super kind, attentive, and helpful. They made our stay super easy and welcomed us in wonderfully We would love to come again soon. It was a brilliant trip. Thank you!

A magical retreat in Sardinia

The house was a really special part of our trip. Our group was two families with kids aged 5-8 years old. The grounds and property are truly magical, with plenty of room to explore. You feel absolutely separated from everything, but at the same time only a less than 10 minute drive to the small village of Rena Majore and just under 20 minutes to Santa Teresa. We loved the beach in Rena Majore, which was far less crowded than others we visited. One thing to note is the house definitely is more on the rustic side. Bedding, linens, other accommodations are not at all "luxury" but if this doesn't bother you, you will be very happy. The house was impeccably clean, with lots of comfortable places to relax. And we spent so much time outside. The pool is a lovely retreat. Juan and Mari set the bar very high for hosts. They live in a cottage on the property and were readily available to help with anything, but also give you complete privacy. And the tiramisu that Mari made for us was incredible. My family is still talking about it two weeks later.

Great location

A very nice house, great location, nice view. Sadly I injured myself 2 hours after my arrival as a beach chair leg dropped and I hit my back on a bar, ended up going to the hospital the next day. The host was very attentive ( even bringing me to the clinic himself, they then transferred me by ambulance as I couldn’t walk on my own). The fact that I was bedridden for the whole week really diminished my appreciation of the place but it’s a fluke accident that could happen to anyone. As for the house itself, it’s a bit outdated and no A/C so it did get pretty hot and the kitchen equipment could definitely be upgraded. All in all, I would still recommend the place for its location and I m certain if I would of been able to enjoy the pool it would of been much more comfortable. The one thing I didn’t understand nor appreciate is having to dispose of toilet paper in a garbage beside the toilet, that’s just gross. Who builds a toilet with such small pipes you can’t flush toilet paper ??? Very nice and friendly hosts, no physical address, so do keep a near location to find the place back after the hosts meet you in the city and show you where it is, I recommend the dog hospice. Definitely NOT a place for someone with mobility issues

Herrliches Refugium

Was für ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen!Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben die Ruhe, den Weitblick, den Sonnenplatz am Pool, das große Grundstück mit auch seinen wunderschönen schattigen Plätzchen Anfang Juli 2025 wunderbar geniessen können.Juan und Marika waren liebevolle und gesprächsbereite Gastgeber, bei denen man immer wieder gern einkehren möchte.Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Die Unterkunft ist ein wirkliches Paradies.Juan holte uns am Parkplatz im Ort Rena Majore ab und fuhr mit uns in die Unterkunft. Das letzte Stück zur Unterkunft muss man sehr langsam fahren, da viele Bodenwellen und Schlaglöcher vorhanden sind.Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön. Juan und seine Frau Mary sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Im Ort Rena Majore gibt es einen kleinen Supermercato, eine Pizzaria und eine Bar.

Wie Urlaub im eigenen Häuschen

Wir sind mit zwei Familien, mit je zwei Kindern im Alter von 4 und 8 Jahren angereist. Die Räumlichkeiten waren alle einwandfrei sauber und der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereit. Er spricht hervorragend deutsch und ist immer sehr freundlich. Das Haus bietet eine gute Aufteilung für je zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern. Das große, eingezäunte Grundstück ermöglicht den Kindern auch alleine außerhalb zu spielen. Die Küche war sehr modern und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die zwei Bäder waren zwar klein, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten hätten wir... das Internet ist Abends zeitweise ausgefallen und der Pool ist Ende Mai leider noch etwas kalt gewesen. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Häusschen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Ländliche Idylle

Das sardische Landhaus ist mit seinem großen Naturgrundstück, der weiten Aussicht auf Landschaft und Meer, seiner ruhigen und ländlichen Lage, dem schönen Pool und als günstiger Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflugszielen und Stränden ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen und interessanten Familienurlaub. Der freundliche Vermieter ist unkompliziert, sehr kooperativ, immer erreichbar und hält viele nützliche Informationen bereit. In der kühleren Nebensaison schafft der finnische Kaminofen behagliche Wärme.

Hôte aux petits soins, vue imprenable et tranquilité

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine avec nos deux enfants, un couple d'amis et leurs deux enfants. Nous avons adoré le positionnement de la maison sur la colline, sa vue sur la mer, sa piscine en contrebas, son jardin méditerranéen avec ses magnifiques rochers et recoins que nos enfants ont transformés en cabanes. Nous avons aimé être isolés au milieu du maquis Sarde tout en étant proche des commerces et des premières plages à 10min de voiture. Nous avons trouvé l'organisation des chambres et des salles de bains optimale pour 2 familles (4 adultes, 4 enfants). Enfin l'accueil de Juan et Mari a été excellent : entre petites attentions et conseils de visite avisés. Et en cas de besoin, ils sont toujours disponibles car ils vivent à proximité. Bref, c'était de très bonnes vacances comme on les aime !

Lovely relaxing villa

Juan and mari have a lovely property. Very helpful. Only downfall is no air con and pool separated from house. A bit over priced in comparison to other villas we stayed in for same price as air con is definitely needed in summer.

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis in Sardinien

Der Haus liegt etwas Außerhalb. Das gewährleistet eine ruhige und natürliche Atmosphäre. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kulisse bittet ein unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Besonders die schöne Terrasse die zu wärmeren Zeiten Schutz gegen die Sonne bietet und Abends die Sterne ausblicken lässt.

Lovely rustic house

We had such a great time at the house. Although it is up in the hills it is so easy to get around to nearby towns. The local village is only 5 mins away by car and has a great little shopping centre and pizzeria. The beaches are to die for. The house was very clean, totally peaceful and looked over the sea. It also had a lovely spotless pool. It is a rustic house and we appreciated the fans Juan provided as it was so hot when we visited. Juan is just the kindest guy and shared so much useful information with us. We are definitely returning.

Ottima scelta

Abbiamo scoperto una Sardegna diversa in questa bella villa immersa nel verde delle montagne dove abbiamo trascorso una settimana senza necessità di aria condizionata. Casa fresca e piacevole. Molto ben attrezzata la cucina è un soggiorno bello spazioso per qualche momento di tranquillità. Ma il punto forte sono i proprietari. Juan e la moglie Marica. Molto simpatici e attenti alle esigenze di tutti. Ottimi consigli e molto disponibili. Settimana da ricordare con piacere.
