Fully furnished two bedroom, one bathroom, apartment that was finished in May 2022. This apartment is located on the same property as the owners main home which allows for ease of access to owners if needed and the apartment itself sits above the owners garage.
Beautifully designed with a large walk in shower, open concept kitchen and living room and two bedrooms that offer privacy when needed. Skylights provide natural light to the space and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit as well.
About four miles from downtown Denver, a mile from Washington Park, blocks away from the light rail, great shopping and dining and right next to public transport it is the ideal property for someone who wants access to the city yet feel a bit removed at the same time.

We hope that our space can be a retreat for you whether you're coming to Denver to work, for a special event, see the city, go to a Red Rocks concert, cheer on the Avs, Broncos, Nuggets or Rockies, get up to the mountains to ski, try some tasty beer or food...we love this city and we hope you do too.

We love the walkability of our neighborhood; the coffee shops, restaurants and more. We wanted to be close to downtown for all of the fun events but not living directly in it. The park is stunning in all seasons and being so close to public transit and the interstate we can easily adventure around Denver and up to the mountains.
