This fabulous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo places you on the Park City Golf Course and mere minutes from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, where you can make the most of year-round activities from an ice skating rink to alpine slides. You are also walking distance to the First Time lift, hiking & biking trails and City Park. With its open-concept layout and hot tub and pool access, you will find this an unbeatable home away from home for all of your Park City excursions.

The Space:
This bright and charming home boasts stylish decor and a spectacular location in the heart of Park City. With Park City Golf Course literally out the back door and Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street just minutes away. You can cross country ski right out the back door and there is also access to free and convenient public transportation right at the end of the unit's driveway. You can spend your days making the most of all that this beautiful area has to offer and then return home to this lovely retreat where you can relax, unwind and rest up before another day of memory-making.

As you step into the light-filled entry, you will find a bench, shelves and ski rack there, allowing you to store your gear before making your way into the rest of the home. An updated bathroom just off of the entrance - and just down the hall from the open-concept kitchen, living and dining area - features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door, is perfectly located for convenient access from anywhere on the main floor.

Continue on into the open kitchen/living/dining room and find yourself in the kitchen, with its warm wood cabinets, roomy bar with seats for two and generous cabinet and counter space. The tranquil views you will enjoy throughout this home are also carried into the kitchen thanks to a kitchen window with views of the trees. Here you can grab or snack or prepare a meal as this kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a favorite recipe, from a crockpot to a toaster to a tea kettle. It is also open to the dining and living room, making it easy to cook, serve and socialize from this quaint space.

Just off of the kitchen, you will find the living and dining spaces. The living room is bathed in natural light thanks to large picture windows. This area offers up endless comfort with a plush sectional sofa with a chaise, two armchairs with an ottoman and a coffee table. ere you can kick back and relax while using the flat-screen TV. From here, you also enjoy access to the back patio, which sits on Park City Golf Course. A patio table and four chairs make for an idyllic spot to enjoy your views of the fairway and mountains while you fire up the BBQ grill.

You can dine al fresco or make your way back inside to the dining table with its seating for six. Spacious and conveniently located between the kitchen, living area and patio, it is perfect for digging into a meal or for challenging your loved ones to a game. Whatever your activity of choice, you will be central to it all here.

When you’re ready for bed, head upstairs where you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom boats a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps and fresh, white linens. The neutral decor and peaceful golf course views combine to make this a restful retreat where you can easily drift off to sleep. But this dynamic space also features a wardrobe at the end of the bed that holds a washer and dryer in its cupboards for your use.

The second bedroom makes the most of its space by featuring both a queen-size bed and two, twin-size beds as well as matching nightstands, lamps, a bench, dresser and a flat-screen TV. Outfitted in the same bright and stylish decor found throughout this home, you will love the ambiance in this inviting space.

The home’s second bathroom is located upstairs and has been beautifully updated. It boasts a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower with a glass door. It is situated between both bedrooms for easy access from either space.

Guests of this home are also welcome to make use of the many shared amenities here, including the pool, hot tub and clubhouse, where you will find a ping pong table.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as parking for one vehicle in the parking garage, with a required parking pass. Guests will also be able to enjoy the shared amenities, including the pool, hot tub and clubhouse with a ping pong table.

The Neighborhood:
This condo's incredible location places you just minutes' walk from the Silver Star and First Time Lift and base of Park City Mountain Resort. With Winter and Summer activities, you will find so much to do just from the resort base. Hit the ski slopes or skate at the Resort Center Ice Skating Rink in the winter, then take advantage of the Alpine Slide, Alpine Coaster and zipline in the summer.

You will also have hiking trails nearby such as Dawn's Trail, Armstrong Trail and Silver Spur Trail or you can play a round of golf at the nearby Park City Golf Resort. This home literally backs up to the fairway! From here, you can also enjoy City Park - with its tennis courts, skateboard park and outdoor concerts - or explore the countless shops, breweries, restaurants and galleries in the Old Town and Main Street historic districts, just an easy, 5-minute drive or quick bus ride away.

You are also a short drive from Deer Valley Resort, with its ski resort, outdoor amphitheater and luxurious lodges, the Outlets at Park City and the Utah Olympic Park.

Getting Around:
This home provides incredible access to all that Park City has to offer - and most of it within minutes from your front door. The base of Park City Mountain Resort is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive, while you can drive to the historic Main Street in 5 minutes. This home is also just steps from both the Crescent Road and Three Kings Drive bus stops of the FREE Park City Transit Bus, with multiple, easy-to-navigate routes than can connect you to all that Park City has to offer. This can be accessed within steps at the end of the driveway. You can also explore Main Street on the FREE Main Street Trolley for a charming experience. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there are 10 steps to the entrance of this home from the garage. Guests also have the option to use the pathway/ramp to the front of the unit.

Please note that the fireplace is not available for the guest, and it is currently under repair until further notice.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

A casa nos desapontou bastante. Nas fotos a casa parece bem maior. Na véspera de entregar na casa fomos avisados que a lareira estava quebrada e ate nos ofereceram um desconto de 10% mas nao compensou o frio que passamos na sala. As janelas não isolaram bem o frio na sala, assim tínhamos que aumentar muito o aquecer e com isso o andar superior ficava quente demais. Então de tarde preferíamos ficar com frio na sala para podermos dormir a noite sem estar com os quartos quentes demais. A churrasqueira estava imunda. O ralo da banheira/chuveiro do banheiro de baixo totalmente obstruído. Tive que desentupir usando um produto que achei na casa. Haviam umas 12 moscas mortas no trilho da porta da varanda. Limpeza bem fraca. Achamos roupas esquecidas de outra locação na gaveta do banheiro de baixo. Ter uma secadora e lavadora de roupas num quarto minúsculo também nao agradou em nada, alem disso ter so um banheiro no andar dos quartos foi muito inconveniente. Lamentável e desgastante. Nunca mais!!!

This unit should not be rented in this state!
The unit is marketed as a "modern condo with a cozy fireplace". Upon arriving, the unit was very cold. The "cozy fireplace" is not working, and does not have a damper. So cold air blows in from outside. The rental company told us they knew the fireplace was broken 3 weeks earlier but have not fixed it. After several days they came in and taped a plastic sheet over the fireplace. Not at all as advertised! The management company took days to even respond to our requests. I would avoid this unit entirely.

Beautiful condo excellent location
We had a great stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We could walk everywhere in downtown park city. I would definitely stay here again.
