Our Stay.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent with the property owner. Inside was clean. Kitchen had utensils dishes etc. We were very happy with our stay.

In town to visit family for Christmas weekend

We had a wonderful stay, owner was responsive, house was very clean and homey. Plenty of space! Only 15 minutes from my sister in laws house! Will stay again!

100% pleased!

Probably the best stocked rental I’ve stayed in! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of linens, blankets, and towels, even cottonelle toilet paper!! Very clean and comfy! Great find for our stay!

Horrible neighborhood, house OK

If we had known the neighborhood this rental was in, we would never have stayed here. The 'approximate' location was not accurate and knowing this area, did not feel safe being here alone or leaving our valueables. The facility itself was clean and spacious, but a rental should not be in a neighborhood like this and I wish someone else had left a review to that effect so we would've known. We left early, the soonest we could.

Renovated Home in the Denver, NC near Lake Norman

This is a renovated home in excellent condition set in the back of a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for my family of 4 adults and one 11-year old daughter while visiting the Denver area, which is beautiful. The house has 3 bedrooms that each sleeps two people, 2 full baths, and an open concept living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. Check in and check out were a breeze. Kristen made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home.

Dates wrong on vrbo

Got a notification from vrbo to checkout yesterday. I thought the dates were a month hence. Got refund for housekeeping and 1/4 days which helped but did not mitigate the pain of an honest mistake due to a platform where you don’t speak to anyone who might have read back the corrected the dates. I requested we move to another time , perhaps down season but was refused. I would have done this for a guest in my rental, and have. This looked promising for a repeat stay to visit family in the area. I no longer feel that way, unfortunately for both the host and me. Just got a notification my host rated me as a guest As I said above dated were wrong on vrbo and unable to change , so to give a rating cam only give all threes to be able to leave an explanation.

Hi There! Kristen & Sue here. We are a mother and daughter team, originally from Pittsburgh PA who always happen to dive into business ventures together. Fun fact, we went to beauty school and went on to open a salon together too. Now, we are excited to create a cozy place for people to enjoy while visiting Denver, Charlotte and the surrounding areas. We look forward to hosting you!

We love this property because its equipped with everything you need and in a convenient location. Nestled in a neighborhood of mixed mobile homes that's "off the beaten path". You may hear a rooster crow in the morning, or the neighborhood pig taking a stroll but within minutes you have access to all the best grocery stores, shopping restaurants and lake activities.
