Beautiful cottage for a relaxing vacation.



In the immediate vicinity are large common green areas with playground, petanque field, beach volleyball court and much more. There is also a marina with its own boat ramp.

The cottage is located in Gråsten, not far from the castle and is a central starting point for many experiences in a historical area. It is also not far to Aabenraa, Sønderborg or Flensburg, which all offer good shopping facilities.



Only 200 meters from this beautiful vacation home is a swimming pool with a fantastic wellness area. In connection with the Badeland there is both a café and a restaurant. If you want to be more for yourself, the house is equipped with spa and sauna.



Nature is a chapter in itself and offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling throughout the year. For anglers there is an ideal fishing lakeideal waters in the Flensburg Fjord and in the marina there is a place where you can clean the fish. At the reception you can rent a boat (small dinghy with motor). For golf lovers it is not far to Benniksgaard Golf Center, an exciting golf course in a historic and protected nature area in Rinkenæs on the Flensburg Fjord.



Reeds grow at the bathing water, but there is a bathing jetty leading into the water.
