Bike, beach chairs on property. Available year round. Gas fire place, SMART TV's, SMART THERMOSTATS, new heating and a/c system installed August 2022. House is completely furnished, linens, beach towels, hand towels, bath towels, laundry on 2nd floor, hardwood flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances, true open concept, lots of natural light, private setting, games for children, board games for adults, wine fridge, lots of space, comfy furniture, green tea beds, freshly painted interior, basement with lots of storage, adult bikes available, much much more !!!! History and visual impact result in a charming residence in Bridgehampton Village. Leave the car, take the Jitney or the train to this 3-bedroom, 3 bath home with heated pool and lovely landscaping. This circa 1900's property featured in the book, "Dream Decor," by Will Bright, is peppered with maritime elements as a nod to the nearby ocean beaches, a short distance away. Just the perfect getaway. The living room has two fireplaces and there is a large kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances and wine fridge. The dining room has sliders to the back for outdoor entertaining, heated pool, and firepit. You can even look out for celebrates that frequent Bridgehampton

Ocean beaches are 2 miles away, Channing Daughters Winery, Sagaponeck Distillery and Wolfer Winery are 2 miles from the house. There are farms where you can purchase fresh fruits and veggies close by. Walk to Montauk Highway and enjoy boutique shopping, restaurants that include Almond, Topping Rose, Pierre's, Bobby Vans, Duppo Ponte, Elias Taverna, Armen & Judy, Starbucks, LM Market, World Pie, Carvel, Goldbergs Bagels, drive to Sag Harbor and find more restaurants, coffee shops and great shopping. Exerrsie at the Barn, make an appointment for SOUL CYCLE or spend you day the Shou Sugi Ban Spa. Minutes to Watermill, Sagaponeck, Southampton and East Hampton too
