🏔️Ski Access~Hot Tub~Studio Premier 102🏔️

First-floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This studio includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. This unit offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 102 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, and ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two-tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin-operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Beautiful property

Our stay was cut short for various reasons, but the 5 days we had were quite nice. Excellent location for ski and access to Snowmass restaurants. Clean spacious apartment. Staff was available when needed.

Great getaway!

Everything about our stay worked out perfectly - except the weather :) The space was very comfortable and suited us perfectly. It was super easy to get to Aspen using the shuttle just down the road a bit! We will be back!

Location!

Everything was awesome. If you are skiing, it is literally 30-40 yards to ski. There are some strange noises coming out of the walls, I’m guessing he heating. No worries slept just fine! Would stay again!

The room was as described. It was cute and served its purpose. The picture showing a hot tub outside the room on the ad is very misleading though. I was under the impression we had a walkout hot tub based on what we were shown. This is not this case. Maybe update the picture out make sure it’s well known you don’t have a hot tub right outside the room.

Great location, well-equipped unit

This condo is in a great location! It was a 1-2 minute walk from the door of the condo to the ski slope, and that slope was is in a prime location heading down to the main base of the resort. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for cooking. There is a lot of closet space and a little storage area for skis. The only downside for us was that there was an intermittent creaking/clicking noise that seemed to come from behind the wall or in the ceiling over by the kitchen. It wasn't a big deal during the day, but it was loud enough that it would wake us up at night despite having a noise machine on.
