Top floor studio condominium with vaulted ceilings that overlooks the town of Snowmass, and is just steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 112 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 113 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great location in Snowmass.

This condo provided great access to both the ski hill and the Snowmass Mall. Further, there's a little gondola at the Mall which will take you down to Snowmass Village. Lots of walkable dining options, good hot tubs, and (I emphasize) a very short walk out to the hill. Parking options were also plentiful (although I believe there is a minor charge for them). The condo was serviced (cleaned) twice during our five night stay which was an added bonus. All around great place to stay.

Functional studio in convenient location

This very dated condo complex is quite functional, well appointed and well located--just don't think you're getting anything luxurious!

Great Place to Stay!

Had all the amenities needed and the location is amazing. Only downsides were the pillows/bed which were very firm, the unit was warm despite trying to cool the place and a musty smell in the corridors but all those were not big enough to dissuade from using again!

Girls Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect little getaway for a girls trip! The views were incredible and having access to a hot tub was the cherry on top! Our room had everything we needed and then some. Such a beautiful stay!

Convenient and Comfortable

It was our first time staying in Aspen Snowmass and this place was perfect for us. A true ski in/out condo, just steps away from the slopes. Easy access to the village and all the restaurants. We were able to park and walk everywhere for the weekend we stayed. Great place!

We loved everything about this property!

This was a great space for 2 people; it was nicely decorated, had great amenities, and didn't seem small, for a studio. It's a great location - short walk to the mall area, short gondola ride down to the village, and ski in/ski out. We loved the hot tubs; met some very nice people while we soaked. We'd definitely come back; highly recommend!

Truly ski in ski out. Convenient and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Staff are very helpful. Studio condo is ideal for 1-2 guests; more would feel crowded.

Cozy stay in Snowmass

Had a great experience here, cozy little unit with a nice fireplace and patio. Staff was helpful and the location was beautiful. Definitely will be back.

Great stay

The property was in a great location! Very clean, and very accurate to what you see online. My only complaint was the porch light that apparently stays on until 10pm. It’s very bright, and disruptive when your young kids are trying to sleep on the pullout couch on the living room. Other then that, it was perfect! Hot tubs were close by, and maintained well!

Great CO Location

Second time staying at Laurelwood, and again … we had a great stay! Condo is a perfect size for a couple or family of 3-4 (smaller kiddos). Laurelwood is a great alternative instead of staying in Aspen… 20-25 min drive from Aspen!

Small, but delightfully cozy, and the location simply cannot be beat.

Small, yes, but large for a studio.. really plenty of room for a family of four... tidy, gorgeous views, and great location. Probably our sixth time at this complex.
