The high-quality semi-detached holiday home extends over two floors and is modern and furnished to a high standard.



From the living area, you can access the terrace, where the little highlight is the beautiful beach chair. Here you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning and the marvellous sunshine of Usedom in the wind-protected beach chair. On cold days, you can warm up in the infrared sauna and then cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room. The underfloor heating throughout the house also contributes to the cosiness.



The holiday home has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, so that a holiday with two couples or the family is comfortably possible.



Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species.

The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural facilities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme spa can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is an interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland.



Usedom's small airport is located close to the holiday village. Here you can watch an aeroplane take off or land about once a day.
