This custom 7,200-square-foot luxury estate is situated on 6.4 acres in King George, Virginia, offering privacy, safety, and stunning Potomac River views. The property is conveniently located just minutes from Route 301 and within easy driving distance of Fredericksburg, Dahlgren, Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Northern Virginia.

With 240 feet of private Potomac River frontage, a sandy beach, and a dock equipped with two boat lifts, Little Ferry Inn offers a rare waterfront experience. Guests enjoy boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and crabbing in a serene and secluded setting.

The main estate includes five spacious bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, designed for comfort, relaxation, and gathering. A breezeway connects the main home to a private mother-in-law suite with its own full bathroom. In addition, a separate carriage house offers an apartment with a full kitchen, fireplace, and bathroom. The carriage house and mother-in-law suite are available as optional add-ons and are not included in the standard booking.

Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool with spa (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), a pool house, outdoor shower, and multiple lounging areas perfect for enjoying sunrise and sunset over the river. Indoors, guests enjoy a fully equipped exercise room, custom bar, and billiards room. Kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis are also available for rent.

Important Policy Regarding Events and Gatherings

Little Ferry Inn is a sought-after destination for weddings, celebrations, and private gatherings. However, Vrbo reservations apply only to overnight accommodations and vacation stays.

Hosting an event, reception, wedding, party, or gathering of any kind is not included with a Vrbo booking and is not automatically permitted.

All events must be approved in advance and are coordinated through a separate agreement directly with Little Ferry Inn. Event planning, pricing, and logistics are handled outside of the Vrbo platform after bookings are confirmed. This allows us to maintain the highest level of service, protect the property, and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
