オーナー : Lyn & Jeff
We have been married for more than 40 years and have 3 grown children, and 4 granddaughters! We like to travel to see new places, meet new people and experience other cultures. When traveling to new places, we like to get past the tourist attractions and experience the "real" location. Getting a chance to meet local people and share a meal is the best. Jeff plays guitar and we both enjoy all kinds of music, especially jazz. Lyn loves to bake, reading, and enjoys writing non-fiction.
We've lived in the US, Canada and Poland and Jeff has traveled to Russia, Belarus, Germany, Australia, Austria, Italy, Mexico, Uraguay and Chile. We hope to see many more places! We like to travel light and travel like the locals as much as possible. In the US, our favorite spots to relax are along the North Shore of Lake Superior and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
If it helps anyone, we understand and can speak some Polish (Jeff) and German (Lyn).
When we're not traveling, we love hosting friends for dinner and weekends in our own home. Lyn's a fantastic cook and a relaxed hostess. We love people!

We love the Sarasota/Palma Sola area! Our family has been coming to this beautiful place since our kids were little, and it's become a very special and meaningful spot. We've made so many beautiful memories here, all our kids call Sarasota their 2nd home. We can't wait for you to experience the quaint downtown, and r&r at the beach and poolside. We know you'll fall in love with it as much as we have!

Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood, within walking distance of the water. Access your own little 'private beach inlet' at the bay via the Riverview Point Preserve, enjoy a relaxing tropical grove nature walk, bring a picnic to the park, take in the view from a wooden bench, or take a run through the pathways for a daily workout! We love our neighborhood gem! The house is spacious, with comfortable, stylishly designed interior with everything you'll need to cook & dine at home. Rain or shine, warm weather or a cool spell - there is something fun to do super close-by! Our incredible, outdoor pool has optional heat (at extra cost), and a screened in lanai area to relax poolside all day long, and the huge fenced-in backyard has a kids' playland for the young ones. This really is the perfect Florida family beach vacation! We're super excited to have you, and share all our favs with your family. Welcome to Coquina Haus!!
