気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Terrible! Upon arrival we discovered that a very large aquarium (at least 200 gallons) that is in the wall of one of the rooms had leaked. There was one inch of water left and several fish flopping around inside. It was a sad sight! And the hardwood floor was buckled beyond belief. It was in huge waves. The water from the aquarium was clearly underneath the floor. The property manager admitted to my husband that this damage occured three weeks prior and yet they never informed us about it. We were VERY concerned about mold. The property manager claimed he had a contactor out to fix the leak and ensure no mold. However, he would never provide us proof of that. And there was no way the floor had been taken up and checked. It would never have been able to be put back in the warped condition that it was. Our experience was a nightmare. We felt unsafe the whole time and yet we had no where else to be able to go since we knew nothing about this until we arrived and had already paid for it and the PM would not give us a refund.
