Tree house studio steps from the beach

The studio was as lovely as the photos and description. Vicky was very helpful, we learned new things about Kailua and we have stayed in the area many times. One main highlight for us was the location, practically on the beach! Not that you need much for a beach vacation but a couple shelves in the bathroom would be nice, as there is really no counter space. We would recommend to anyone looking for a very clean efficient studio!

This property was perfect for us…. Close to family who live in the area Walking distance to so many places & the beach was beautiful The host is local & very knowledgeable of the area she gave great recommendations This is a place we will visit again checked off all the boxes

Beautiful place, great, responsive host, close to beach

This little studio has everything we needed to sleep and relax well as well as make meals. Vickie, the host, goes out of her way to provide anything needed. The beach is easily reached. There is a huge banyan tree that makes it feel like living in a comfy tree house.

Banyan Tree Studio

Location and proximity to beach, town and restaurants was fantastic. I did have to sleep with an eye mask and ear plugs - no blinds or curtains and there are a lot of birds that wake up early in the banyan tree!
