Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was nice and the backyard is spacious, was able to play cornhole and enjoy the comfy environment. There was only 1 issue that came up and it was the fan in the spare room with the 2 queen beds, the fan was really loud. Other than that would stay here again.

Nice stay

We enjoyed out stay. We are planners, so not having the check in info until the day before was a bit stressful. BUT, once we got in, the stay was wonderful. There was enough space for us all. The pool and yard were awesome! The cooling system was a bit tricky, but it wasn't too hot when we were there. It was close enough, yet far enough away from the strip. I'd stay there again and recommend it.

Not the best, not the worst

We rented the house because of the pool for a mom's weekend. First thing we noticed was a note saying the dishwasher was broken. The host messaged that the pool maintenance person would be by as a warning, but the pool was cloudy when we arrived. The host did send a message to ask that the pool maintenance stop by and they cleaned the pool while we were there; would have been nice if it was done prior to our arrival. There was a dead bird in the pool that kept appearing and disappearing, host called maintenance to assist but they didn't find it. After two minutes of problem solving, we found it swirling in the filter. We used the pool once before the bird; it's unheated but refreshing. Another note, there isn't central AC but I think a swamp cooler and at least one room had a very loud wall unit. It would cycle on and off and wake me up. The other room had a giant fan the size of a mini fridge that didn't actually cool the room down. The temperature in the house was comfortable, however, after the first few hours after arrival. There was a cockroach in the bathroom but maybe that's just a Vegas thing? There were some great things too, the decorating is great and the shower pressure was amazing. The backyard was very cool for hanging out and chatting. The host was very responsive and really wasn't to blame for the dead bird thing, but it still impacted our trip as we didn't use the pool again.
