I'm a real estate agent by trade, with extensive experience in hospitality, having grown up within numerous family businesses catering to vacation rentals, residential housing, construction and shipping. My business education started as a preschooler working out of the car trunk with my Pops, evolved into learning by his side as he managed short & long term residential rentals, included a bit of formal business school, and now focuses on anything and everything real estate.

I have spent the last 18+ years working with and directing top ranked real estate sales groups along the east coast, and have loved learning at each level. Pure dumb luck and a hella work ethic has allowed me to hang with some of the industry's best, and I have have been fortunate enough that at every turn, they have shared the heart of their businesses with me.

Since 2015 I have lived the "digital nomad" lifestyle, traveling between my favorite cities across the US & Mexico, visiting colleagues, family, and friends. The life experience gained by traveling this way cannot be exaggerated, but it's the practical travel knowledge I love to share!

My life's education has been unorthodox, yet priceless, and I am thankful. I enjoy paying it forward by creating great experiences for my guests and clients!

North Shore Golf Course is only10 minutes away, and day trips abound with the numerous courses between Onslow, Pender and New Hanover Counties.

Excursion Seekers? Shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Historic Landmarks, The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, along with other attractions throughout Sneads Ferry and Topsail Island, are all within a short SCENIC drive.

Our couches are soft and big enough to curl up on, our TV is smart and includes any cords you may have forgotten, we have a library of children's books and adult classics, and the back yard is ready for a BBQ or hangout with patio, dining table, grill, fire pit, yard games and a seriously relaxed vibe!

This home is personally owned by a real estate professional with extensive experience in directing real estate sales, managing vacation properties and providing a high level of customer service. Your stay is taken seriously; you can expect that proactive maintenance of the home is complete, and anything that could make your stay more comfortable was top of mind.
